I attended a year-end review, and I have to say the atmosphere was wonderful, the food was pretty darn good, as well.The flow of the food lines, and replenishment of empty food trays could have been a touch quicker, but nothing really worth complaining about.All in all, I very much enjoyed the event, and I would happily return, or even host my own event there.

Dinner and service was again top notch. Both the salmon and filet we done perfectly. First time at this location and it was just like downtown location without the view.

Very clean and great staff to work with the general manager is very understanding if you have a medical condition like I do, and let me go home early. I am very grateful for kind people like the staff there.
We had our ceremony and reception at The Des Moines Embassy Club West location. It was nothing short of perfect. Kristy was phenomenal to work with during the planning process and Michael Bailey went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went smoothly. Staff was super helpful on the wedding day and very professional. The patio was a huge hit during the reception. Sam was extremely kind and helpful on our wedding day too. I highly recommend this as a wedding venue because of the gorgeous atmosphere and the kind and helpful staff.
