I ordered the cod tacos with street corn on the side, it was excellent! My sis-in-law LOVED the homemade complimentary chips and rhe chorizo beans, best she's had since she was in Monterrey. My son loved his steak fajita. The service was great, food came promptly even though they were quite busy. Nice atmosphere, like the more modern feel, cool light fixtures, etc. An impressive menu, more creative than your usual Mexican restaurant. A great experience.
We LOVE the Birria tacos and the Birria ramen. The servers are quick and very polite. Food is always hot, and I feel as if it's fairly priced for the amount of food you're given. The young lady at the host stand isn't always very welcoming, but once you're past that everything is great!
Parking: Parking in the lot is a challenge during busy times, but there is more space on the street.

I can’t tell you how many times I longingly drove by Fiesta Mexican Restaurant before finally trying it. We finally went and they were ready for us. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and just vibey enough, the chips and salsa almost beat us to the table, the food came fast and was spectacular. Nachos, burrito bowl, guacamole, and those birria tacos were all 10/10. Again, we will be back for more.
