Hello, I wanting to write you to tell you about the legitimately awful experience I had on Thursday the 27th. My girlfriend and I came and ordered some food about 5:30 (sadly missing happy hour) I ordered a hamburger with sweet potato fries and the waiter asked me how I wanted the BBQ hamburger, and I happily replied either medium or medium rare, (I don't remember) thinking I would get a true hamburger. what I got instead was a frozen preformed patty with fake grill marks and obviously cooked to hell. the bun was toasted, but not buttered so it was dry, there was too much BBQ sauce on the burger and the sauce was way too sweet. Nothing about it was fresh or real, I'm really limited on money to go out to eat and this was supposed to be a nice time with my friend. and it was but I could only eat half my burger and my stomach was upset for the rest of the evening. I just can't fathom why you would offer trash fake hamburgers with filler in them when the rest of your menu looks appetizing and delicious. my friend had a very good meal with fish and you perfectly sauteed her summer squash and Zucchini. I'm obviously feeling really upset that I feel like I wasted my money on food I couldn't eat and assumed would be real since I have had many friends tell me how they've enjoyed eating at your restaurant and that was the tipping point to choosing to eat there versus the other restaurants in the area. Not sure how you want to handle this but I'm leaving the ball in your court, thanks for your time. I sent this message to you 2 weeks ago on messenger and I got no response so now I need to post it publicly. We booked a large group (20+ people) for a company outing at Fire Creek and Jack and Kayla and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were excellent for every person in our party, and the Fire Creek team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. We were highly impressed and recommend this establishment for any event, whether it is a date night, friendly gathering or a large group like the one we had. 5 Star Experience!

Great steak cooked to perfection, spiced with Cajan spices. Sides were good, steak was great. Atmosphere like any typical steakhouse, nothing fancy, but clean and quiet enough to hold a conversation. I would go back for the steak...

I was at Fire Creek for a group event. They offered us a to limited menu as expected. I ordered the steak. It was not very good. It certainly wasn't a "Choice" cut. The mashed potatoes were nice, an interesting take on a very old staple. Salad and dressing we're what is to be expected from a large conference venue, ie less than mediocre. Yes I am aware Frie Creek is not a large conference venue, but that was the closet analog to my experience.
Without a doubt the highlight of the evening was the service. Or server was polite, professional, and hustled. One person serving 25; it was impressive. Dinner and drinks were served on time and with a smile.
I'll go back and try a different dish. I hope to be pleasantly surprised on the next visit.
I had their NY strip and was pleasantly surprised it was cooked correctly and very tasty!

Great atmosphere. Fantastic option for a happy hour. Recommend sitting at the bar or high top. The menu has a lot of good steak, seafood, and pasta options. My steak was cooked well and was reasonably priced. Another in my group got the Mediterranean flatbread, and I was less impressed with that. Overall, a swanky and classy bar/restaurant where you can get a great meal.

Reluctant to write this but we haven’t been this disappointed in a long time. My husband took me here for my birthday based on all the great reviews. We drove an hour to visit. We got the wonton nachos which were ok. Husband got a blackberry lemonade which had a strange after taste. I went to use the restroom, floors were so sticky and one of the two soap dispensers was empty/broken and the second one is nearly following off the wall. All the paper towels were wet sitting on a tray on a counter that had been long over due for repair with water damage around. I am not typically judgey but this made me wonder what the meal would be like. We sat at our table and watched a patron stick his hand in the olives from the bars tray that holds the Lemons and olives on his way out for a few snacks for the road. Probably not a great idea to have that open and exposed so close to the public walking past. Our food came, prime rib was ok but bland. The shrimp skewer was delicious. I ordered the creamed horseradish with it but had to ask for the waitress to correct it when I was given straight horseradish. The creamy horseradish tasted spoiled. Husband got Asiago chicken with mashed potatoes. The potatoes tasted like literally boiled and mashed with no cream, butter or flavor. He said the chicken was good. Server wasn’t bad, she was nice. What’s most disappointing is that we paid over $100 for this meal as a splurge to celebrate. And lastly it’s disappointing that like other reviews I’m sure the restaurant will respond this review with a ‘hey we are so sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your experience, please try us again sometime.”

This was my first time at Fire Creek and it was a great experience! The ambience is beautiful and service was great! I wish I could remember our servers name, but she did a great job! For an appetizer we got the spinach and artichoke dip. It was very savory and tasty. I got the lasagna and it was great, my partner got the lamb loin chops and they enjoyed them & really enjoyed the sauce. Said it was subtle and delicious.

I decided to come and try the steak here. I got the steak sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The steak was well done like I wanted and not dry. I really enjoyed my meal. Chris the waiter was helpful and attentive to the patrons. I'll probably come back to try the shrimp next time.
Parking: At a busy time, you may have to park further down the parking lot. Parking beside the building is marked 30 minutes, so unless you're sure you'll spend less than 30 minutes, it's better to park facing away from the building

Our waiter Chris was amazing. My nephew and I had dinner and it was excellent. Had the two steak medallions with mushroom gravy. Excellent spinach and artichoke dip. Calamari and sauce was really good as well. 5 stars.
