It was good, but overpriced. Service was good as well, but our server was not very knowledgeable about menu items or helping point you in the right direction.
Great service and good food at a fair price. The bar noise was there until the happy hour crowd left.
We have come here many times since their soft opening and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and the Double Black Diamonds are hard to pass up. If you like a good steak the cooks really know how to make a medium rare entree.
Service was wonderful - attentive but not intrusive, anticipated need refills on drinks. Food was very good. Some of the fruit salad was hard and tasted of onion. Decaf coffee tasted stale.
Another great meal at Firebirds! The food was great, our server was very attentive and helpful.
They were very busy for Father's Day little overwhelmed. It looked like. They forgot our salad, but then comped one of our desserts overall, a good visit
Firebirds is one of our regular haunts when we're looking for a nicer meal, and it has never disappointed, until this visit. Our party of three went for Father's Day. While my son and husband enjoyed their meals, mine was dismal. Son ordered the Cajun ribeye (his only complaint was that "medium rare" turned out more rare, but he didn't mind). Husband got the prix fix with chicken tortilla soup, the shrimp and salmon entree and creme brulee cheesecake dessert. He enjoyed each course. We also enjoyed the lobster queso appetizer. I was impressed by the large chunks of lobster meat in the queso. For my meal, I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and the shrimp and strawberry salad. The soup was good (even though I prefer a more stewy tortilla soup with pieces of chicken and vegetables rather than the pureed version they present). But the flavors were good. My salad was the sad part. It had a terrible odor of spoiled shrimp, and the shrimp were not fully cooked. Some of them were still gray. I hate to complain but I told our server, and asked if I could get the salad again without the shrimp. He gladly complied, and the manager quickly came over to apologize. They comped the salad and gave me a free dessert. Service was great. But I also was not pleased with the swarmy fruit flies and general bad aroma of seafood in the restaurant. I doubt this will cause us to completely write off Firebirds, but It was disappointing. I was grateful that the manager was quick to offer solutions for the food problems. I didn't express anything to him about the fruit flies or bad aromas.
Had a large party after a funeral, so we needed to grab a bite. Obviously after an event like that, everyone was feeling pretty run down. The server was amazing, attentive, and we had a party member with a severe allergy, who they ensured was taken care of with all needs. We didn't know they closed at 10, and we were there until at least 10:30. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and appreciated the extra time. Would give more stars if there was an option.
Dined with my mother. We both had salmon salads and orange “zero alcohol” mocktails. All were delicious. Salmon was warm and perfectly cooked with the wood-fired flavor! Salad greens were cool and crisp. Mocktails not too sweet and delicious. Our server was very helpful with his suggestions and impeccable service. We will definitely return and have discovered many states were Firebirds restaurants are located. Looking forward to trying more of them.
Food was good, came out wrong, service started slow but ended up better once food got to us. Usually always great experience but this time was a little sub bar. Won't stop me from returning.

This is a beautiful restaurant where you must go for a great dining experience. Our waiter, Trevor was outstanding! One of the finest restaurants we have eaten at in years!
Very disappointed we couldn't sit on the patio on a 70 degree night. It was too much work to wipe off a table and let us sit out there.
Food was poor, server was unpolished, entrees arrived before salad was finished. We won't be back.
Enter the front door to welcome smiles, escort to our reserved round table set with menu, wait staff took excellent care of 6, perfect pair is amazing for lunch, separate tickets & out to other matters in an hour & 15 mn. We've had lunch all over the metro for several years but Firebirds WFG is Home! Simply the Best—
Menu has good variety. Everything we tried was great. Service was very attentive, they don't overload staff with too many tables.
