Nothing against this particular location, but in general I think Firehouse subs are overrated pot. Belly and Quiznos are better and Subway is at least as good

This location is always clean. Team is always courteous and they have fun in their work. They take care to make the sandwiches with neatness, not sloppy or messy, and they are still able to be fast.

I mobile ordered today and asked for no onions no mayonnaise and extra peppercorn ranch. Spent about $30 getting my family food only to drive all the way home and find out that they just through a sandwich together with everything I asked not to be on it and the tiniest amount of ranch on it. This has been the third time at this location. On top of that the employees were busier talking to each other and barely even acknowledged we were there. I’m don’t with this location I’ll drive to Clive where they actually know how to make an order.

Ive eat at fire house in my home town But nothing like this got home sat down to eat my food hafe way through it i found a pieace hair i was gross out about it It shure wasnt mine i always keep my hair up Why arent this people down here arent wearing hair nets I wont be comeing here any time soon sorry to say

At one time we loved coming here. They support a noble cause, which is a big motivator to eat here. However, on our most recent visit, all of the tables were dirty, the soda machine was yucky, the floors needed scrubbed, and the bathrooms hadn’t been serviced for a while. I hope they see some of the recent reviews and apply the feedback.

Got takeout with a friend at work. Ordered one of their popular specialty subs. Had good potential but was soggy with no mix of textures (e.g. crunch lettuce or onions). Wouldn't order here again.
