Visit aisle 8 of the west Des Moines Hy-Vee and pick yourself up a Jacks frozen pizza. It will taste exactly the same. The crust was dry, bland, and unseasoned. Toppings seemed like an addition to a frozen pizza. Overall, not sure how this place is in business. Not worth the money. 11 dollars for a wine you can find target and beer more expensive than west glenn bars.

A large group of people, went to eat for the first time. Waitress was extremely rude to one of the people in the group after she got the drink order wrong. Also asked for a simple straw 4 times, and no refills. Manager came out with straw, and we tried to explain the situation, had a attitude also..... so we left and had no hassle food court pizza.....will not return!
Was my reaction to the subpar service at Giordano's at Jordan Creek justified? Our dining experience was compromised by the waitress's errors, including serving the incorrect beverage and neglecting to provide a straw. When I inquired about the straw's cleanliness, she inaccurately stated that paper straws were unavailable. The manager, subsequently summoned, provided paper straws but offered a perfunctory apology. Feeling disrespected, I offered to compensate for the drinks, but my offer was declined. Did the establishment's poor service warrant my dissatisfaction?

You have to ask for Emalee! She's a server and has been there since they opened up the doors . She steps up to help any of her co-workers. Always a smile with sirvice. She knows her job no matter what she's doing. They all are amazing, but I have seen Emalee on the sidelines and every aspect of her job. The food is amazing , come give it a try, if you haven't already!!!

Stopped in last night with a friend and we usually just sit at the bar and drink and eat a little. it was so nice having a bartender who was not only a work of art but nice and friendly as well ! Hays did a great job ! 10/10 recommend!

Took over an hour to receive 2 small pizzas & 2 child plates. Server lost my credit card for awhile & ahead of that took my kid’s food before he was done.
Kid-friendliness: Not at all kid friendly - including the server.
