For the manager as a customer I’d like you to know I only rate your donut shop a 3 out of 5 specifically due to the unprofessional service received by an older woman who said she’s been a bakery chef for over 30 years. She was rude, unwelcoming, unfriendly all of the above etc. the type of staff you do NOT want working customer service (!) She makes people not want to return type of person. Extremely bad experience. She gave bad attitude and was smart ass-ish with customers....

Amazing donuts. Shockingly committed performance of “Please Don’t Talk to Me” behind the counter.

Picked up some donuts on December 21st around 7:30 PM to celebrate the holiday break for the kids. The donuts themselves were great, but the experience at the counter was a little less sweet. Great experience!! A little pricey, but worth it! They have gluten-free-ish donuts which was perfect for me. We sat and ate our donuts at the restaurant, and we got to watch them make more donuts right in front of us! My kids loved watching the worker make donuts and donut holes! Thanks Hurts!
