Watch out pricing in Meat counter 3/2022. Shelf price was lower than ad price and clerk was not gonna honor lower shelf price.

Ate breakfast here when visiting family. The service was great. The food was delicious. Our whole experience was perfect. I had my work mask with me and they asked me if I worked for Hy-Vee and I do, so I did get my discount that. Thanks. Will eat there again.

Great customer service

Very disrespectful workers. I sliced my finger open on the self checkout bagging rail and I politely asked for help bagging my groceries and cleaning the bloody mess. It was visible I was bleeding and leaving a trail. The young man doesn’t know my health history and should ASSUME bleeding could become serious for me. He went on to say if I wanted tissue I had to buy it. We went back and fourth before he gave me cleaning paper towels. Never again will I use self checkout. Why would I come to the store to work for myself when they have plenty of workers in store standing around. Hire better workers, preferably ones who have self respect and respect for others. Blood in a grocery store is a biohazard and employees should be trained to handle serious matters.

I love this Hy-Vee. It has anything I want and everybody is helpful. They have the best produce in town. Thank you very much Hy-Vee

A nice Store..Offer lots!!!

Actually it was out of date/past it’s due date food items I have repeatedly found and addressed with management over the past month and today basically was told they don’t care what I think. LOL And corporate said that it’s up to the individual store directors on how they handle things like this…… Just shocked and embarrassed for them. Read my Facebook post about it and all of the other dozens of responses so far…

Found out that the Market Grills in the HyVee stores are now separate. Because of this, the Market Grill does not have any food in the grocery store. Use to have a hugh Sunday Buffet with ten stations located in the store. Now with the change, the buffet consisted of only four stations and doughnuts/rolls. The menu also is now more limited.

we were in the area and had a bit of time grab a cocktail...this was the closest place. We sat at the bar and were greeted right away but it took almost 10 minutes to put in an order. I ordered a glass of wine and while my husband was still speaking his order the bartender turned her back to him and started pouring my wine. My husband stopped speaking and she very rudely said “ keep going” he replied “you walked away from me” she kind of laughed...I say there was not enough wine in the open bottle for a “glass” of wine ( maybe 4 oz). She quickly set the glass in front of me and walked away!! My husbands beer was placed in front of him in the same manner. I tried to get her attention to ask about the very skimpy pour of wine but the bar tender avoided me. We had to ask someone else for our bill and we were charged $9 for 1/2 a glass of wine!! We wont be going back.

Nice place to take the kids for breakfast. If you are going to breakfast on the weekend, be prepared for a wait. Linger wait after 9:30 am.
