I’m addicted to hyper! The staff is always so friendly. The hyper infused energy is delicious and doesn’t leave me shaky, like traditional energy drinks. I typically go to West Des Moines location and they are fast and efficient. Even with long lines, I spend 5 min max in line there. I sometimes go to the Urbandale location and the staff is also friendly, but a lot less efficient. Even with 3-4 car line, I’m waiting in line up to 10 minutes. Whatever West Des Moines is doing should be implemented at Urbandale.

Had a Vitality @ Urbandale Show Choir Invitational, AMAZING!! I didn't get to stop after to say how good it was but OMG, I should have gotten two as my daughter drank like half of mine, highly recommended, will definitely stop by locations when I'm in the area! So refreshing as it was obviously very warm and directing kids is absolutely parching.

Their drinks were really good! Coffee was a bit mediocre but their energy drinks were really refreshing tasting! Gonna go back later to try their energy drinks with the white chocolate in it as that sounds really interesting!

Great Customer service the girls inside are really really amazing and on top of itI brought my daughter and her class of girls over for lunch and had the most amazing service for each girl getting her own individual order and Being super happy with the end result.The lines did not take long at all

I’m usually the type of person that once I find a drink I like, I always order the same thing. Not at Hyper! Every drink is delicious and it’s fun to switch it up. I’m not scared to try something new there because every recipe is delicious. The customer service is amazing. The staff is always so friendly and hard working. I was there today and they were having some technical issues, but everyone working was still positive and in what was a stressful situation, they didn’t let their frustrations show and still took care of customers professionally. On Wednesdays, they donate money on orders of the pink survivor drink to cancer patients. I would much rather go get myself a hyper than a Starbucks. It seems like the company cares about their local community and strive to give back. Thanks Hyper! Keep up the good work!
