It was after a concert and a group of 18 people went to the IHOP, we had the nicest server ever. GIVE HIM A RAISE! Brian was super understanding and patient! And the food I had (Colorado Omelet and Pancakes) was DELICIOUS! DELECTABLE! EXCELLENT! EXUBERANT! EXQUISITE! Thank you!Vegetarian options: I didn’t look at them but there was a section!Dietary restrictions: They have options for lactose intolerance, nut free, and lots of things like that!Parking: Just a lot of spots!Kid-friendliness: Great selection for kids menu!Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space!
We were a big group of middle schoolers with a few adults celebrating a drama show we had just done. We got there late (about an hour before closing) and they were very understanding and accommodating. Excellent service, good food. Thanks Brian!

Food came out to be really delicious and fresh! Natalia was our server and was very sweet despite the heavy traffic in the store! Love bringing the family here on Sundays.
Me and my family of 3 went here and got nothing but stares. It was loud in the small walkway, but after we opened the second pair of doors, it got drop pin quiet. Everyone stared at us in disbelief for some reason. My child wasn't screaming, we weren't loud and no one said anything to us. We waited 10 mins to get seated. The servers stared at us and walked past us and didn't seat us until a line was formed. When we finally got seated, the server had an attitude at the fact that we asked if we could choose where we sat. The family behind us got seated with menus and glasses of water and she didn't gave us neither. When we asked for them, she had another server do it and went to the back. We left when the entire backroom staff came out to stare at us. It was all so unprofessional. We felt like we were being watched. And quite frankly racist. We were the only colored family there, and we felt like the enemy.

Honestly, this location has gone down hill these last several months. My partner and I have tried giving this location another chance multiple times but it's been disappointing to either one of us or both. Whether it be good undercooked food, multiple small black hairs in the food, poor service to the point were multiple groups of people were waiting for over 20mins to be sat as servers looked at us the whole time while the restaurant was practically empty at the time. It has not been a good experience for either one of us the last few months in general.
