On 3/29/25 I Stood in line and waited patiently behind a family of seven, with 6 others behind me. Everyone got their food but me. Brought it up to the kid running the show. He dismissed it and said my sandwich takes longer to make and it was on the grill. I looked over, and no other sandwiches were being made. He went over to look for the order, then had the guy working on the grill jump on it as I was watching from across the way. Next time be an adult, and admit it was overlooked. An apology goes a long way!

I'm done with ALL Jersey Mike's this location lost my order thru the app so I waited twenty minutes and once everyone was gone they decided to address my order the damage was done I just left after talking with them bc this same thing happened to me at the Fleur Location a few weeks back where I waited 45 minutes! Twice in two weeks lost app orders and zero stupid sandwiches.

This was my first time visiting a jersey mikes and I have to say I really enjoyed it. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door. I told the employees Kameron J. and Hailey R. it was my first time at a jersey mikes and they were really helpful and super friendly. My club sub was great! I would definitely visit this location again if I come back to Iowa. Thanks to the employees of jersey mikes in west des moines, Iowa for the great experience!

Who says you can only get a good Philly Cheese Steak in Philly? Well, despite what they say — even though it’s not Philly — you can get a good Steak Philly Cheese Sub at Jersey Mike’s on Mills Civic. The Lead Chef—Kameron with a “K” prepared my Philly Steak and it was on “FIRE.” The bread was fresh and soft complimenting the attractively arranged peppers, grilled onions, well seasoned steak oozing with American Cheese/all well balanced and very tasty. Each bite beckon you to take another. Hey just don’t take my word change your pace and head over and try this Jersey Mike’s brand — I bet if Kameron serves it up you’ll go back again and again!

Parking: Easy access with a drive thru for easy out.

I love Jersey Mike's, but what keeps me coming back is the crew at the Mills Civic location!! Everyone is always friendly and upbeat. Clean store and today Kameron gave me extra pickles on the side...it's the small things, but that's what is important!! Keep it up, gang!!

They never have pickup orders ready on time. Every time I have placed a to go order on their app, I show up on time and have to wait anywhere from 10-30 minutes. At this point I’m just done going here.
Wow just wow! Tate is amazing! What an amazing manager. So caring and diligent! The staff is always smiling and eager to work!
