I’ve never been to Iowa before and the staff here made me feel so welcome. A black gentleman was the first staff member to great me. He had a welcoming presence about him that was infectious. Very friendly and polite. A white female with red hair also assisted me. Equally as nice and welcoming. I didn’t see name tags or get their names before I left but I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. They made my day being so kind.

Food was great. Prepared fast and all requests were honored. I purchased the Number 9 Club Supreme on Rosemary Loaf with the bread scooped out. Superb amount of meat for the price.

Store was clean and tidy. A small thing to note was that my napkin dispenser did not have any napkins in it. No big deal, I grabbed a few from the table in front of me that no one was sitting at. All good.

This jersey mikes is the only one that has ever messed up my order. And they have messed it up 8 separate times. Every time I go, it gets messed up. Management provided me with compensation the first few times, but now they have begun to ignore my complaints via the customer service email. They get something wrong every single time lol.

I work at a Jersey mikes down in Kansas so I would like to think I know how to make a sandwich and how this crew made it was not right. It still tasted good, however the rparm bread was really crunchy and it was cut really uneven.

Terrible service, lost a watch in there and owner basically told me to shove it they don’t care not their problem. Wouldn’t even check cameras. Owner should be sent back training to learn how to manage. Or just get out of the service industry cause they aren’t cut out for it. Never again

Great sandwich shop! Really friendly and can't find a better sandwich! Meat is cut fresh and piled high, not like Subway where you can't find much meat. I DO wish they had a meatball sub, but they make a magnificent Philly cheese sub Fresh! Around $11 for 6 inch long thick and cheesey.

Not at this store ever again. Sandwich was so wet it soaked, though both bags and on to the seat of the car. It was ordered with out sauces.
