I called to make a large to go order for my work meeting and the gal that took my order was so efficient, kind, and personable. I really wish I could remember her name because she deserves credit. Jethro’s was my first stop for dinner on my trip back to Des Moines this week. I’ve been coming here since my days at Drake University, and although I’m incredibly sad they closed their location next to Drake’s campus, I was happy to see their other locations are still doing things well.

My biggest recommendation here will always be the Boneless wings. They’re not a traditional boneless wing, but instead are cut into strips and crisped to perfection....
