We have family outings on weekends and everytime we come in the food is fresh and place is clean. They play good music and the staff are nice too. My fav jjs to go to.Dietary restrictions: I have a nut allergy and it’s always a place I can go.

I used to think Jimmy John's was the pinnacle of consistency, that you could venture far and wide without getting a bad sandwich or a mixed up order. If that were ever true, I think everyone started noticing favorites after 2020.I don't frequent this Jimmy John's because the intersections in front of the store are a mess. When I do, the staff are as friendly and responsive as you would expect, and I have never had a sandwich that failed to deliver on my JJ's expectations. Sometimes it's worth the drive, folks.

Wow this place is awful!! I would reccomend no one to ever come here. We put a huge order in and have a scheduled delivery time and. I call the store and the worker says it'll get there when it gets there...so rude!

Made an online order for delivery at 10:15am. At 10:35am they called and said they were busy and it should arrive soon. At 10:39am it says out for delivery. At 11:30am we were confused why it wasn’t delivered yet. Looked outside and the food was there. No knock or doorbell was rung and the app didn’t show it was delivered. Our food was no longer cold and we recieved no coupon for the delivery delay.

Extremely upset that I tried to take 1215 minutes to place an order online. That wouldn't go through so I decided to go to the location and they decided to close early. It was 10 minutes before close time 8:50 PM.

In fact, if you share it, there will still be enough for the next hunger attack. The service is quick with the sandwich maker strategically placing all the yummy goodie's that make this sandwich so tasty. The sandwich is rolled out with a smile by the server for you to enjoy and come back to this clean and efficient place or you could enjoy all the scrumptious flavors at one of the few tables inside.

Freaky Fast is a JOKE! After waiting over an hour, I called to ask about the eta for delivery. I was told "we're down a driver...he should be there soon". After another 15 minutes, I called to cancel my order. What a joke! The gentleman answering the phone told me, "we will credit your card within 2-3 business days". He hung up and no apology. Let's see if I see the credit...Avoid this place like the plague. Unprofessional and Freaky Hot Mess.

The only thing I eat there is the club tuna. This specific location is very skimpy with the tuna. The "favorites" menu claims "double protein". On top of that I order "extra" tuna and pay a lot for it. I get my sandwich and there is barely any tuna on it. When I spoke to the manager and asked about the double protein, she told me that it's not true. The Totally Tuna gets two scoops and the club tuna also gets two scoops. When you order extra, you get one additional scoop. I suspect this manager is trying to cut costs. And I also suspect her definition of a "scoop" is less than corporate defines a scoop. She was also very curt and unfriendly when I spoke to her.

My sandwich was fine but the atmosphere at this store was weird and uncomfortable. The employees seemed inconvenienced by me ordering 1 sandwich 45 minutes before closing time. Didn’t even give me a credit card receipt…just walked away from the register without saying a word. Very strange
