Didn’t get the sandwich I ordered and the attitudes of the employees are awful. Made me feel like I was a bother to them. This has been going on for months now too. You also never know when they will be open.

Great food but the employees can really suck or be really nice. No in between it seems. Got into an argument over a loaf of day old bread I paid for and left on the counter til I left after eating. Who argues with a paying customer over literal trash bread that I use to feed ducks with for 50cents lol. I should have contacted their boss. This is the 100th st. Location in urbandale that im speaking of.

Delivery for two sandwiches and one drink was 30 minutes late! Delivery driver is was very disorganized and she didn’t seem to to know who’s order was who’s. She gave us the wrong drink and I had to explain to her that DC stands for diet coke and CC stands for cherry coke.

Went to the store @ 520 and the store was closed. Employees inside but no sign stating they were closed. Hours were till 6 pm.Lost a large order tonight. Had lots of people at my house watching football. Your loss. Not that you will care.This was the Valley West Mall Location.

Absolutely disgusting. Sandwich had yellow lettuce, practically no sauce or flavor and the bread was stale. Avoid this place like the plague.

We normally love this Jimmy Johns location. Unfortunately today we didn’t have the same usual great experience. I ordered our food for pickup while we were at the mall and when I went to pick up the doors were locked even though the website said they open at 10:00. We called and they said it was ready so I went in and they were finishing up boxing our things up. My husband got a blt but no lettuce came with it so that was weird and annoying. The bread was SO hard the roof of his mouth even bled. Seriously, the bread was super hard you could barely enjoy the sandwich ?

Not very nice staff. Asked for the music to be lowered because it has hard rock and not even 2 minutes later the music was turned on again. Very rude. Food was very scimpy, too.
This location really stepped up and helped us out with a large order in a pinch when another location canceled our order last minute. Huge thank you for your customer service!

Worst location ever. Every time I order from this location takes over an hour to get my food and something is always missing don’t wast your time calling the store either basically told by staff not his problem because he made the sandwich freak fast? Freaking joke!
