After two hours of waiting for my delivery they sent it through Uber who then delivered to the wrong place and therefore did not get to each lunch. This will be the second time with an outrageously long wait for food. Will never order through this store for delivery again.

Best Jimmy John’s experience yet! We have been on the road traveling the U.S. for 2 months eating JJ every few days across the states. Jason at this Jimmy John’s not only made me the best sandwich I’ve ever had but provided excellent customer service! Honestly Jason made the whole experience spectacular and definitely deserves the recognition.

I ordered food online through the app. They didn't have a driver and contracted the delivery to uber. The Uber driver canceled the order and took the food. Three weeks and multiple calls trying to get this fixed I still haven't received a refund the owner and managers do not seem to care about stealing the customers money! 0 stars would not recommend

They are the slowest Jimmy John’s ever. Also they always run out of bread. How does a sandwich place do that? I’d suggest anywhere but here

Roughest Jimmy John’s around. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. Sanitation rules aren’t in effect at this location. Employees used the same gloves from the cashier back to the sandwich station. Might want to avoid.

This used to be a really good JJ last two deliveries they left at the door of the Neighbors claiming no apartment letter but said it was G......did not ask to be left at the door could have called....that was after my first call when they said the driver ran out of gas(see other posts running out of gas is a common excuse) if your drivers are running out of gas pay them more if you are understaffed and take longer just say so NOT FREAKY FAST.

placed a mobile order and they gave me the wrong sandwich and i go back in and ask for them to make me the sandwich i ordered and he does, but after i open it it’s missing like half the stuff it’s supposed to have. disappointed

the manger at this location literally doesn’t care about anyone but himself. his store is slow, employees are slow, delivery is slow, and food is garbage. management told me his name is Body and he has no idea how to run a store without being disrespectful. i’m in the process of having the health inspectors and BBB coming to this rubbish location. I got lied to 6 times after spending $100s here, no more.EDIT: This location is owned and independently operated, so there is no customer service. literally. if you place an order and don’t want to deliver you food, they won’t. and when you call, there’s nothing you can do. they don’t care about you they just want your money. the manger here doesn’t care if employees lie.
