Zach, Seiya and Nathan were wonderful. From the minute I walked in to order they were kind and courteous! This store is a favorite of mine as they always make my sandwiches exactly how I ask! My favorite store to order from!

I used to come into this store very often, I will never return now. The past 4 times I have walked in I was told it was a 10-15 minute wait, with ZERO customers in the store. They were working on online orders instead of helping the customer right in front of them. They do not staff this location to take care of both, and they favor online ordering over in-person. I'd rather drive across town to another location.

Disappointing Experiences at This Location

I recently moved to the area and started visiting this Jimmy John’s location. I’ve never had any issues at other locations, but I’ve had several here — enough that I feel compelled to leave a review.

One ongoing issue is with buying bread. Whenever I try to purchase day-old or fresh bread, I’m told they “don’t have enough” and need to save it for making sandwiches. This has happened multiple times. It doesn’t make sense to me — if I ordered a sandwich, they’d still use the same bread. I’ve never experienced this at any other Jimmy John’s unless they were truly out of day-old bread.

Another recent experience was with delivery. I was immobilized at the time and placed a delivery order. After waiting about 40 minutes with no updates, I called to check in and was told there were no drivers. They said they had to send it through DoorDash but no one was picking it up. I was then told I could come pick it up myself — which I explained I physically couldn’t do. The employee said she’d redo the order, but I was never offered a refund or cancellation, just told to continue waiting. If there are no drivers available, the delivery option should be turned off.

In another instance, I placed a mobile order knowing this location is usually a bit slow. I gave it 15–20 minutes before heading over, but my order still wasn’t ready. Meanwhile, they started making sandwiches for three customers who had just walked in, even though I had ordered ahead. Their own sign says “Order online, no waiting,” yet I waited another 15 minutes in-store before my sandwich was finally made.

I submitted feedback to Jimmy John’s corporate over a week ago and haven’t received a response. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered fairly regularly from this location. I would order the same thing from the app and about 1/3 of the time the extra meat I would pay for wouldn’t be on the sandwich, which is annoying when you pay $12 for one sandwich. Yesterday, when my mobile order wasn’t ready I watched them make my sandwich and noticed that they made it wrong again. Asked them about it, they assured me it was right. Then I opened the sandwich and showed them that there was zero ham in the sandwich and they reluctantly remade it, no apology just left it on the counter.

This has happened to me over and over again but I have finally learned my lesson and won’t be going to JJ’s anymore. Going to give Jersey Mike’s a try.

Walked in today to buy some bread. Before I could say how many was told “no” they said they are waiting for baseball kids to come eat there. I went on the app ordered it. Ready in two minutes. It’s insane to me that they would refuse service to someone in front of them. Very rude. When I went and picked up the order and addressed the situation. They didn’t want to hear it. It was 4 breads. Hope they find better service skills or retraining to help them succeed on their day to day.

Never has a driver for some reason

I ordered two times this week and had a negative experience both times. The first time they did not give me the chips I paid for, no biggy mistakes happen. Second time though I ordered thru the app for curbside pickup, so I did not have to get my newborn baby out of the car in the 10 degree weather, I sat outside for over 10 minutes and no one came out with my order. The one guy I could see thru the window was sitting in the lobby on his phone, clearly not busy or doing anything for that matter. After 10 min I grab my baby and go inside and ask, is curbside pickup not an option anymore? I’ve been sitting outside for over 10 minutes. At this time a second employee (also on his phone) peaks his head out from behind the counter and says “looks the same as a mobile order to me” neither employee apologized and both seemed annoyed I even existed. As I left I could see thru the window both employees immediately returned to their phones. Will not be returning to this location

Worst Manager ever I ordered my sandwich it never showed up after 45 min I called back said it was on the way no show called back Manager never apologize just said do you still want it. I SAID I thought it was on the way . No show I called corporate .

I went in on 12/5/24 at 4:45pm to get my family of 5 Dinner. the guy working was extremely rude. never greeted us, never asked if we needed help with the menu, nothing. When we started ordering, he got mad because my kids wanted to "build their own" because they don't like the pre made selections and wanted to add or remove certain items. he huffed and puffed the entire time making the subs, and then when it was time to leave, he would even say bye to us. I will never be stepping foot in this location again. even my kids could feel the hostility this guy had towards having to make 5 subs. that particular employee needs to be fired. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I get sick every time I eat at this location.
Oh and what's up with consistently being out of bread around dinner time? Is this an excuse not to work? The other 2 nearby locations don't ever have this problem.

This store never cares for proper customer service. Many times orders have been exceedingly late, or have items outright missing. Never get refunded or compensated. Food is sometimes made sloppily. Used to be a big fan for years, now never getting JJ's ever again, most locations have gone downhill to the point they should just be closed. Plenty of other much better quality and value food options. JJ's corporate franchise model could care less. As long as they can pull in money and shove all responsibility of quality assurance to the franchise owner, that's all that matters, doesnt matter if the owner of a location actually enforces better service or not. Can't wait to see a company take on the challenge and do better! Put this joke of a so called sandwich shop out of the markets!
