Walked out. Didn't get asked what I wanted to eat after drinks got dropped off, but the dude was clearly frantic. Management is delusional if they think staffing a single person in front over lunch is a good idea.

I won't return. Menu doesn't mention jalapenos in the loaded tater tots, but they were there, but also no chives even though the menu listed them. None of the food was amazing.

Decent bar food, just make sure you are in no rush. Service is SLOW. We had onion rings, wings, loaded tots, and some nachos. Everything was alright.

It was clean and the food was good. There was not a whole lot to talk about. It's your standard sports bar with a Mac n cheese twist. The Mac was okay but really garlicky. My favorite part was the burger cooked to a perfect medium rare and piled high with everything. Our waitress was friendly and quick with service.

There was 1 waiter that I saw. He was at the bar and took care of all the tables and the bar alone. It wasn't busy at all. He gave a menu, took our drink order. Brought our drinks and took our meal order. Took about 20 minutes for our2 meals. He never came back to the table to see if we needed anything. The burger was good but the chicken strips were not good and tasted terrible. It tasted like their oil hadn't been changed in months. The burger meal portion was very generous along with a generous side. The chicken strip I had to pay separately for a side and my side I paid separately for was the same as the burger but half the size.Not sure I will give it another try.
This place has it all. Large Menu, several TV's, and a play area for the kids and adults. A great way to occupy them before and after eating! And the menu ranging from Wings to Burgers to Cold Cuts and Pizza and of course Mac n Cheese! With good appetizers as well! I would definitely go back!

For the last two years we go to the Mac Shack just about every two weeks. We enjoyed it so much that we would order it over our lunch for delivery as well. We used to have amazing service, never any problems or mistakes. The last couple months when we come here, we have had such poor service!! We would order an appetizer, it wouldn't come out until our food came out. We both always order the same thing every time. Same appetizer and dinner. We always order traditional wings, and they always come back boneless and we aren't a fan of the boneless wings in the flavor we get. My sandwich I order is always told, more medium than medium rare and it comes back almost rare. It is awful. Sometimes the waitress will be sitting at the bar chatting while we are sitting there waiting on drink refills. Hardly ever busy when we come in also. The highchairs are also always dirty, so sticky, we always end up having to clean them ourselves.Again, this used to be our favorite go to place, and now we rarely ever go. Very unfortunate.

Food was delicious. We were given a dirty highchair for our baby and had to clean it ourselves. When a worker saw us cleaning it they didn't even offer to clean it themselves.After reviewing my emailed receipt when I returned to my hotel I realized I wasn't even given the correct bill. The waitress just told me our balance and took my card. The items were completely different and the bill was a little less than what it was supposed to be.
