Mahalo's Coffee & Mini Donuts

Delicious donuts with a lot of flavor options. The shop also has fun island vibes. We stopped by from out of town while on a road trip and would definitely go out of our way to stop again.

Great donuts if you are ok with waiting 30 minutes for 6 mini donuts! Very slow service and a lack of seating while waiting for drinks and food.

Service extremely slow, forgot part of my order and tried to make me pay for it again. People that car in after us got their drinks before and an employee was vaping while making donuts.

Stopped into Mahalo’s for the first time over Thanksgiving weekend during a snowstorm, and I was very impressed! Only one poor girl was running the entire store by herself, yet she still managed. I ordered a snickerdoodle moka and a ham and swiss sandwich, both were absolutely amazing. Even with the weather, Hailey (the barista) stayed friendly and made everything perfect. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s her. I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped in here to support local but they charged me $17 for a large iced latte with oat milk. I paid and it was okay but you might lose business when the competition is charging half the price…

My wife and I went to Mahalos for the first time and were very excited to try the coffee and donuts. We were not greeted by any of the staff and they looked annoyed to be there. (If you don’t want to work, then don’t work) Donuts were meh and they were overpriced. I got the Ohana Banana iced coffee and I’m sure there were better coffee choices because it was rather bland. I was very disappointed by our experience and we are hesitant on coming back because of the lack of customer service.

Feels like more of a novelty. Donuts were ok. Coffee was good. Service was fine. Feels like a strip mall location with some Hawaiian themed decorations. Not bad, but could be better.

Extremely disappointed. I was refused service because of my service animal, which is not only unacceptable but also illegal. I was told I could not come inside and had to leave my dog outside just to order. I had driven 20 minutes out of my way while visiting from out of state, excited to try this shop, only to be met with rudeness from the girl working (blue shirt, thick headband). On top of that, the espresso machine was already down. The customer service was unwelcoming and unfriendly, and the way I was treated was appalling. I only grabbed donuts because I had already made the trip, but I will never return and cannot recommend this place.

Randomly found this coffee shop with a quick google search. Friendly staff, quick service. Got the Salted Carmel and Blueberry doughnuts and they were phenomenal. Paired perfectly with an iced Waikiki Sneaky coffee.

Don’t get me wrong the food and coffee is amazing, but the service is terrible. I ordered two separate grubhub orders on purpose to pay for them with separate cards, Mahalo’s cancelled my second order so I called and asked why and they said it was because there were two separate orders of the same thing but one added donuts I told them that it was supposed to be that way because I needed to pay with a separate card and the employee hung up on me. I called again and asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me again. I work in customer service and food service this is not something that is okay or that you should ever do. I was very kind about it both times that I had called and asked my question politely and calmly there is no reason she should have hung up the phone.
