Unfortunately, the process was confusing—not just for us, but for several other guests as well. I observed a couple nearby who were also struggling to place their order.
After we submitted our order, it was prepared incorrectly multiple times, affecting more than one item. What was intended to be a quick stop during our travels ended up taking much longer than necessary.

I got cold McNuggets here! They take forever and I actually got McNuggets that the outside looked cooked but the meat was still cold. Told the manager about it and he claimed it was not possible. They are doing things the Iowa way messing something good up.
They put pickles on my sandwich & I told them no pickles

Ordered 2 large fries, got medium fries and no sauce. And I guess we're supposed to enjoy them dry? Wrong chicken sandwich to top it off. All they got right was the Sprite smh.

The food is ready good but they are about a dollar more on combos than downtown/South or Drake. Altoona is a dollar more too.
