This location has taken a big downturn in the last few months. The last three visits in a row have had missing or wrong items. I won’t be going back to this location again.

MICE! Dead and alive, all around the drive thru. One fell off the roof as I sat in the lineup. Poor thing could barely walk after. Couple more were deceased all over the rocks. I notified the employees at the window and cancelled my order.
Dirty restaurant. They play offensive music and refuse to turn it off. Avoid.
Took forever. I got about 1/3 of the fries that I ordered.

The manager said they close at 11 so if you show up at 10pm , you cannot order anything really on the menu unless they have it available. I have an actual video of the woman saying she’s a manager on my phone trying to figure out how to upload stay tuned.

Got there at 8:00 am, no line, only ordered a bagel. The bagel was hard as a rock. What a joke. Fix it.

They made me wait 10 minutes at the order screen all the while processing 3 other cars from the 2nd order screen. Drove around and got in the other drive through lane and they started assisting the people at the line I just left and making me wait an additional 5 minutes.

Honestly it is pretty clear that this location does not care about its customers at all, I mean it is a large company, they probably don’t care at any of them.
However, I am paying for a service that I am not receiving so. Every single time I come to this restaurant, I order on the app. They manage to still get my order wrong every single time. The manager even gave me the wrong order several times. I told her, she didn’t care. Bro how much are they paying you for you to be up mcdonalds butt?

I used to love this McDonald’s but now they take forever. I literally sat in the drive-through by myself for 10 minutes just for one happy meal and one small coffee and then after 10 minutes after paying, they gave me the happy meal and told me I needed to pull over and wait for my coffee, I told him I didn’t have time because I was in a hurry and I didn’t get a refund and I just left but very upsetting that it took so long and I didn’t even get my full order

It’s Mc Donald’s right. I kind of sore off of them a couple years ago. And then about 2 months ago I had this urge to want a Big Mac. I told my wife I wish McDonald’s was still good like they were when we were kids! We were close to this location and she said she thought this was the best McDonald’s in the Des Moines area and the best we have had for years! So we tried them. And then had 3 more drive thru visits in two months. All I can say is this is the best McDonalds I have been to in decades. The filet o fish which I usually order with a quarter pounder was perfect every time. No tartar sauce all over your hands and your melted cheese in the corner of the box! Big Macs are great as well! Considering the various time we visited I doubt it was the same crew every time…something is being done right here and my wife and I very much appreciate it!! Oh and the fries, these are definitely the fries McDonald’s used to make. Hot and crispy!!

Not the first time that eating here has been an unpleasant experience. THIS time we order 3 burgers 2 of which were SUPPOSED to be the same including the mods to them however the person taking our order couldn't seem to hear or understand anything from what we could tell. When we asked for one burger they put another on the menu instead which she then needed to be told 3 times it was the wrong burger before they changed it. Then we used a code for a free large fry which she instead made a medium fry and ignored the other fry we wanted to order. So we get to the window and the guy there was able to fix the fry situation but we were unaware that she had put our burgers that were BOTH supposed to be no mustard no pickle as no cheese no ketchup and the other as only mustard and ketchup. Seriously figure it out.
