Went through drive thru yesterday and right when I pulled up they asked me do you know what u want x2 and I say hold on then instantly get snapped on my drive thru guy I just ended up leaving because nobody should have to be disrespected in a drive thru

The worst drive through person! I literally pulled up was greeted and I asked to give me a few minutes I was getting my app loaded and figuring out what I actually wanted, with in one minute not exaggerating I was asked 4 times am I ready yet, I could tell after each time she was getting more and more frustrated, it wasn’t making me move faster just distracting me. When I was ready to place my order I started to give the online code for her to tell me they wasn’t able to accept them. I pulled off didn’t order! Where is mangers to over see employees ?? And if this was a mangers who is this attitude okay. I understand it’s not a 5 star restaurant but hospitality hospitality.

I was there this morning about 9:30 am. The parking lot was a disaster! People struggling to walk, and cars sliding due to ice. Here's an idea....treat your icey lot! Very dangerous!!

They turned on the heat fir a few days, but it was off on Saturday and people were coming in and leaving quickly. I was in line for a very short time and about 8 people left saying it was to cold to stay. We also left without purchasing any lunch.

Every single time we stop (typically right before close after late nights down town) and the food is always fresh and so good! Staff have never made us feel like a neucence despite being before close!!

I come here late after work a couple times a month when I’m desperate for some food. Tonight the service was just awful. Very rude staff at night it seems like. The person ordering next to me in the drive through had a worker being very short with them. When I got to order, the girl who took mine forgot my order and had to ask multiple times what I got. I ordered one meal. When I said thank you I got a “mhm”. When I paid, she said thank you have a goodnight which was nice.
When I got to the second window, the guy working the window didn’t even look at me as he shoved my drink in my face to take. I said thank you with no response as he shut the window. I waited for a bit for my food but I ordered food that was most likely needing to be made fresh (chicken nuggets) so I wasn’t upset. When he handed me the food, he did the same thing, shoved it in my face and slammed the window. I know these jobs are not fun to work and also understand it could have been a bad day, but wow. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice. I’ll be back but probably not for a while. Please do better.
