I left a bad survey to improve the service. Instead, the manager turned to a personal conflict and retaliated by making false accusations towards me. To commit the crime of stealing (a child/daughter). Fortunately there are witnesses (that I did not refuse to pay),and I will contact the CEO. Gangster who works there is not safe anymore. All my friends, family and community will never trust the store!My advice to anyone who has left a bad survey is to not go there anymore. Revenge instead of understanding. Big loss for the new owner/franchisee (we have been customers since 2016).The manager said that I refused to pay and the witnesses shared the truth. I want to say to the manager: you have a child and we see it when u bring it to the store and you accused my daughter(u were the reason of traumatized my child), you can lie and change my words but you can’t run from the lord and bad karma and the law (one day u will remember my words) and keep this paragraph to you: What does the Bible say about false accusations?Being falsely accused for something is always frustrating, but remember Jesus, Job, and Moses were all accused wrongly. Sometimes it happens from someone wrongly presuming something and other times it’s out of jealousy and hatred. Stay calm, do not repay evil, defend your case by speaking the truth, and continue to walk with integrity and honorably.To the new owner: You did not lost one client, you lost 100 clients (my friends, my family and my community), because you chose $1 the cost of the drink(your values) The owner told me that her friend is the new boss, and I did not expect new gangster working with new owner.please watch the bad karma (profit comparing to last year). Please note : It’s a business and the image of the company . My cousin own it in Dubai /GCC and ask the CEO about the surveys there(another level) not gangsters/mafia.

I’m almost always missing food from my drive-thru order.The food quality is fine.The service is typically good.Today I was missing food again so I returned to the restaurant only to be treated very rudely by a teenage employee. When I asked for the rest of my order he said “I wish I got everything I wanted”.Also, the manager refused to help me and kept making comments like “well I’ve got people waiting in the drive-thru” and “I’ve already got 50 things going on”.I think that’s the final straw. I won’t be returning to this location.

I think they are learning from taco bell trap customers in a drive through and mix all the orders so it takes 15 to 20 mins at night to go through drive through.

i ask for a #3 no ketchup and it had ketchup i took it back and asked to fix it and they took forever so i had to leave and everytime i come they give me cold fries. i will no longer come here. and the manager just wanna stare at somebody instead of trying to ask what’s up or can i make it easier for you anything. it’s 11am ain’t no reason there handing out cold lunch considering they switch from breakfast to lunch at 10:30
