I've had to sit on this for a day so I wouldn't rant.This is one of our go-to places when we dine out as a family. Usually great experience. Yesterday (4/27) 8p-10p was absolutely the worst experience we've ever had at ANY establishment!Of the 2 hours we were there, 20 minutes was spent enjoying the food we ordered. The last 20 minutes.We got one basket of bread sticks in that 2 hours. I ordered soup and was given salad. The server didn't seem to know the difference between a cabernet and a chardonnay. We were asked 1× by the MOD how everything tasted before we ever received our food (for context, the kids orders were placed with the drinks and the appetizer).I could run a complete breakdown, but I've typed too much already. Worst service we've ever had. We're going to be seeking out an alternative go-to place. I counted 4-5 other tables (sat) in the place.

I always love getting the chicken fettuccine but replacing or adding shrimp even with the extra cost, it's worth it! Good salad, love the cheese and the bread sticks.
The breadsticks and salad are about all that’s worth it here, unfortunately. Service was very slow. Food was not worth the price.

Waters were nice and quick. It would have been nice if they have have actually taken a little more time lolDietary restrictions: Obviously it's an American Italian restaurant so cheese is a big part. Someone who is allergic to dairy has little options but the soup I had was really good! And our server went ou too his way to make sure no cheese touched my salad.
