Very big restaurant, lots of tables. Located in a very pretty area close to the mall. I Ordered a chimichanga which is supposed to be deep fried but they didn't fry it they just made it into a burrito. Some of the rice was hard. The birria tacos were pretty good but the best thing about this place is the chips and salsa sad to say! Sat for 10 minutes and the only interaction we got was from the host stand and even she looked confused as to what she was supposed to be doing. 2 tables sat after us were served immediately while 4 waiters walked back and forth past our table. Went to go and ask for a server and one of them finally spoke and asked if it was too sunny. Ridiculous.

Allison runs a great crew and everyone is so nice and helpful. We actually talked and laughed with some of the staff, great happy hour, and Nichole our waitress was great. Everything came as ordered, quickly with a smile! Can't wait to go back!
I was not impressed with their prices nor their food. Yellow queso is a NO NO. It should be called on the boarder in Texas grill and cantina cause it's definitely not authentic Mexican food. However the staff is super nice, quick, and the establishment was very nice. The salsa I could sit and continue eating it. That's the best part of anything there. It was amazing salsa. But the food sucked
My family and I continue to be wowed by the food, service, and overall atmosphere of On The Border. We have been going to On The Border often over the last 2 years, and it does not matter if it's busy or slow, you will be greeted with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. Have kids who are occasionally loud and messy? No problem! The staff will make you feel relaxed and welcoming even if your kids are a little nuts. Great for date night, or any other kind of night lol.

AMAZING!!! Our food was fantastic and our waiter was the absolute best! He made GREAT recommendations and went above and beyond, extremely personable and so kind! On the boarder knocked it put of the park! We will definitely be back here again!!!

Recently, the service has been less than ideal. On the border run’s promotions but the staff struggle to know them and paying the bill has taken 2-3 trips to the register and manager involvement to get them approved or adjusted.
