Stopped in tonight through the drive thru at 8:50. Was told they weren’t making any more food, and I had the option of super greens or mushroom chicken. I heard the car in front of me order a normal order. They didn’t speak clearly or loudly through the com. I asked the same questions 4 or 5 times before I decided to just drive away. Disappointed and will not go back to this particular location. Have always had good luck at the location on Mills Civic.

Multiple times.. I have shown up to here with more than an hour in between closing and they don’t have any food. How is it that you are open but don’t want to work and make food? I hope they get new management here or something changes. I have a hard time coming back here when they can’t serve any customers. Frustrated enough to put pen to paper.

I tried calling 4 times before review. We always get beyond chicken when it’s available and normally the amount of food is good however this time they gave us half the food. Tried calling but no one answered. I need about half of my $36 back as you gave me half the food and no rice, all noodles. One was supposed to be with fried rice.

You’d think having the convenience of being 5 mins away from this location means the food is always on in the kitchen and service is on level URGENCY. That is not the case for this site. I have gone from drive thru- to mobile order, thinking when the drive thru line is ridiculously backed up that maybe mobile order is the way to go, but it seems this site cannot do anything right. This is my 5th and final time ordering via mobile app, when I was expecting approximately 5-15 mins wait, I had to wait 30, yep you read that right, THIRTY minutes after my scheduled time because the incompetence is astronomical. This site needs major renovations to all their business aspects, I will no longer order from this site and advise my colleagues to do the same.
