“I ordered Panera today for my lunch and had a very frustrating experience with door dash who was delivering it. The people at Panera were on time with my order, however the delivery driver for DoorDash was not- it was expected to be delivered over an hour passed when I needed it. As an educator, I hardly get much of a lunch anyways so when I contacted Panera, I spoke to a woman named Michelle and she was so helpful and redid my order free of charge. Even added in extra bakery items and a free drink. This is what good practice is. Thank you so much Michelle for your diligence and thank your kind team as well!“
“I went to work over my lunch there, and 3 people were very kind, I could see they were working hard. One is Renee, the manager. She manages a great group, quality of food and speed with which it came was fantastic even during lunch rush. 2 of the other people I know personally who are hard-workers, conscientious of cleanliness of the environment and food presentation.
