Food was good. What was not good was the wait - 25 minutes between order and food pickup on a half sandwich and cup of soup.

Took them 30 minutes to get a bagel and cup of Mac and cheese. They forgot the cream cheese so they couldn’t get it right even with all that time. The bagel and cream cheese were nothing special… I expect more from a place with Bread in the name.

This was, without a doubt, the worst Panera experience I've ever had—and it left me $15.00 poorer.
I visited this location on October 11th. I waited 15 minutes just to order and then an astonishing 45 minutes more for a simple mac and cheese and soup order. After an hour of waiting, I asked for a refund, but the employee couldn't find a manager, forcing me to leave without my money or my food.
Getting a refund has been a nightmare: I called with no answer, went back the next day with no manager available, and even called corporate over a week ago. The corporate rep said someone would call me back, but I've heard nothing. To top it off, an employee I spoke to admitted that this kind of situation is, unfortunately, common here. I am still owed $15.00

Forgot half the ingredients on my chipotle chicken avocado melt. Go to any other Panera.

Lexy was amazing! She was so kind and helped make my order extra special! She really went above and beyond!

Im just left this place, and it was 6:00 they told me I couldn't get food. This young teenager was so rude it was unbelievable. The door was still open. Their little friends came up to the container laughing, and they got food. I have never been treated like this in a panera bread before. Just sad.

I got sick after 30 minutes of eating here yesterday. I will not be back. Not to mention it was dirty everywhere. 🤮
I was in the mood for a Paneras sesame seed bagel. No one was at the cash register or anywhere that I could see so I had to order on the kiosk. After ordering and paying, I waited for my name to be called. It never was. Finally a bagel I had ordered was at the pick up area. It was old, stale and hard. Don’t waste your time at this location. I never will again.

With the exception of a toddler needing a nap, this place was great for a small sensory escape. I was getting my iPhone needed surgery, and I needed a place to escape the loud noises of the mall. I got a Bacon Mac and asked about a pastries. I am so glad I did, because the Pecan Braid was phenomenal. The person, behind the counter, was very kind and helpful. He was honest, with his opinions, but never said anything super negative about the options I gave. I thought I would get a cinnamon roll or the almond pastry, but he convinced me to try the Pecan Braid and I will be back for more! I loved how quiet and relaxed the atmosphere was. As a mobility device user, there were some choke points that were ADA compliant, but just barely. Adding a bit of space in a few walkways would help make a disabled person more independent.

They like you to use the kiosk to cut down on their number of employees and then the 15 people in front of you have not washed her hands or you don't know they have no washroom in their facility have to walk entirely across the mall to go wash your hands, you would think with Covid Being active again in Iowa that they would make some accommodation so you could sanitize your hands somehow with the millions of dollars they make every year thank you very much for hearing me.

I went to work over my lunch there, and 3 people were very kind, I could see they were working hard. One is Renee, the manager. She manages a great group, quality of food and speed with which it came was fantastic even during lunch rush. 2 of the other people I know personally who are hard-workers, conscientious of cleanliness of the environment and food presentation. Thanks to each of you for all you do for your customers, for your personal care, and good cozy food on a winter's day!

Got chili in a bread bowl. The chili was good, nice flavor. The bread was so stale it was rock hard. An actual ceramic bowl would have been softer and easier to tear apart than that old stale bread they used. An expensive lesson to not eat at this Panera again.

Panera Breads in Iowa are pretty good in terms of food portion and quality. This Panera Bread is not one of them. Broccoli Cheddar soup was pretty light. The sandwich quality was not what I am used to in Panera Breads in Iowa famous for fresh ingredients.

It was messy and chaos when we got in there, I paid $9 for a tiny bowl half filled with noodles. What happened to the portions??
