Great place for food anytime during the day. I only gave it that since I tried to place an online order for 5 people at 6pm and it wouldn't let me pick it up that same night and they don't have the thumbprint cookies, which I love!!

Ordered a bowl of cheese and Broccoli, ended up getting a cup instead. Also ordered a half steak and cheese sandwich and there was not very much meat.

Great service and excellent food choices! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love taking my food out to the fireplace and eating so I can relax and people watch.

What’s the point of ordering at the kiosk if I have to wait in line anyway?

We got out food to go. Chicken noodle soup is the best. Fast and friendly.

The service and quality of the food is very inconsistent. I have eaten at this location a few times, but there are far more poor experiences than good. The staff is generally rude and seem irritated that you are even bothering them with your order. Whatever dish you order will likely be missing ingredients or prepared sloppily. I won't be back after trying to give this location multiple chances.

Slow slow slow making a simple order to Jo. No one else waiting and they talked more than worked. I use to love Panera Bread. Very disappointed.

I fell in love with Panera Bread and Louisiana kitchen recently. I been to the Panera Bread a lot of times, but i haven't had any chance to taste this kitchen style. I tell you this guys, I fell in love with the food style. It became one of my favorite places to dine in with my family, wife, and kids. My wife really enjoyed your Cobb salad really much, and i fell in love with it too. I really want to visit this place again sometime. Thank you so much.Vegetarian options: Your Cobb salad was very great guys. Thank you a lot!!!

Love the Jordan Creek Panera! Delicious food and lots of choices. Very fresh! If you're a mac&cheese fan, other than homemade, this is the place to go!Vegetarian options: We also eat soups that aren't always vegetarian. We've eaten in, had delivery and done takeout. Always good. My daughter and I share an order of pick two and it's enough!Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a wheelchair, I can maneuver easily in my manual chair...haven't tried with my power chair.

No patience or professionalism. My boyfriend and I were in after shopping at the mall and we wanted a bite to eat. We were asking questions about the menu to the young male at the register. We were confused why the pick 2 was a dollar less than the whole and he could not explain it and instead of finding someone who could he just let us order. After receiving our meals we went up to ask someone else and none of the young employees knew. Which is okay but please find someone who does then. The young male at the register came up and very rudely ask if we wanted a refund. We simply said no we just wanted to be informed as we are on strict diets right now. Manager came out and explained but we were so disappointed in this Panera location and will not be returning.

If you remember Woodstock and the Vietnam War, waiting an hour for reheated overpriced soup served by rude young people with no sense of urgency or professionalism might good for you. After all, they do have the watery coffee and scalding tea that the geritol crowd enjoys. If however you prefer flavor and coffee that doesn't taste like burnt water, or you aren't getting social security, other options exist. The question is what is this chain going to do when their customers have all gone to the great Trump rally in the sky?

Panera food can taste good, issue is it can get very expensive, for example a 15 dollar chicken sandwich. I also noticed that the apple chicken salad sandwich used to have cheese l, now they charge for it. Panera seems to know how to use Shrink flation plus inflation.
