I have ordered from here three times recently. Twice in person, once on DoorDash. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Whether early in the day or late at night, they do not have the bread bowl. But rather than contacting me to ask for changes, all they do is stick a baguette in there and hand me the order without the bowl. At the drive thru too!! When I’m right there! NEVER go to this Panera, they literally could not care less about their jobs or customers. I can’t even eat your stupid baguettes because they’re hard as rocks. I will never visit the establishment again.

Terrible service…went to pick up a catering order that had been ordered to be ready an hour prior to my arrival. No one had even started it when I got there. When they finally figured out what the order was everyone disappeared behind the kitchen wall for no joke 15 minutes, no acknowledgement, no update. Finally I call out to ask for an update, “it should be ready shortly.” 35minutes later and I’m finally out the door, no apology…did they have to literally grow the vegetables for the salad?

And I should add I’m literally the only customer in the building at this point with 6+ workers.

Chicken noodle soup had no chicken and only about 5 little pieces of noodles. Broth was delicious but I wanted what was supposed to be in it, like...CHICHEN! Manager said I guess they don't notice what they scoop up and pour in the bowl.

Waited at the drive thru windows for 15 minutes with no one in line. Brought me the wrong order. Finally brought my order with no plastic ware or receipt. Not good

Walked in to purchase some bagels and the employee had a grouchy face seemed like he hated his job well i ordered what i wanted and asked for my bagels to be toasted he did not toast them so i asked him to do it for me since he had forgotten to do it. He straight up told me no and said to me there is a toaster over there you can do it. First of all it was just me and someone else it wasn't like it was so busy and second of all costumers shouldn't be treated like that. I am never gonna go there ever again. Waste of my money.

Another disappointing visit. My fault, I SHOULD HAVE stopped & checked my drive thru order before leaving. Missing half of my $52 order. And just now, while trying to get a hold of the store to speak to a manager like their pick-up receipt suggests, after choosing option 5 to speak to a "CUSTOMER SERVICE team member" EIGHT TIMES they disconnected the call. Maybe I need to stop payment...

No one signed that my order was checked so apparently accuracy doesn't matter at this store.

Just went through the drive thru. My baguette is MAYBE 2 inches long. It is super tiny, and there’s a piece ripped out? Panera has gone up in price and down in quality, and I won’t be recommending this location to others.

Hard working crew making good nutritious food selection.
They were efficient and staying busy cleaning and getting ready to close soon.
My cup of soup was great and my French dip sandwich was superb!!!

Made me feel like it was an inconvenience, trying to order couple soups at 7:00pm, they didn't have any bread, try to ask for another way to get bread for soup, young girl cashier didn't even care, I said, I go to another location.
