P.F. Chang's

 I love being P.F. Chang's. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. I was with a table of five and three of our dishes were messed up; messed up drink and was not offered a replacement; messed up dessert. Food was mediocre. As much as I love the chicken wraps, they were disappointment as well. We won't be back to this location.  We had a very inexperienced waiter who handled the mishaps well; but It would've been better if his manager had a remedy.

Service and food is always consistently good. The patio is a great setting and one of few restaurants in DSM that can offer this setting My only suggestion is to make sure the patio is regularly hosed down and absent of bird droppings. Great restaurant and would like to see more customers to keep this restauant strong

Visiting from out of town to Des Moines and took in the local P.F. Chang's. Everything was very good, especially the service! Only caveat is that this particular restaurant is quite 'tired looking' compared to other P.F. Chang's we've eaten at. Our home base restaurant is at Somerset Mall in Troy, MI where the physical changes have been excellent. Time to update this particular one.

Fun to have the Executive Chef Corey take our drink order while our server was tied up. Corey was everywhere - taking orders, clearing tables, talking to Patrons, etc. it was fun to meet him. Loved the smaller portion menu on the back of the menu. We were staying in a hotel so not interested in leftovers - the portion size was perfect. We had a good server and good meal. Thank you!

We sat outside and enjoyed a delightful and peaceful meal. Our server was great, both pleasant and attentive. The food was good as always (as were the cocktails).

Food, which is usually very good at a PF Chang, was bad. Very over-cooked. Service was also poor. Late bringing the drinks when the bar wasnt busy, late to check up on the food and never even offered another drink.

We don’t usually pick chain restaurants but this one is an exception. Great food, service, atmosphere & location. We come here every time we come to Des Moines shopping. Never disappoints! Pictured is the lettuce wraps. My favorite dish! Served as an appetizer but enough food to make it a meal.

We got takeout. As always, the food was delicious. Prices are a little higher than other Chinese places, but the food is great. Our go-to place when we want to splurge a little on takeout.
