Prices getting out of hand ($15 for 6 piece chicken wing appetizer for example). Also takeout order of curry was missing the rice, lack of attention to detail (happened in the past too).

Ordered chicken pho. It was about $17 just for the entree. There was very little chicken, (4 tiny pieces), no cilantro and two small basil leaves. Mostly just overcooked noodles and broth. Taste was good but not worth the price. Disappointing. Server was friendly and polite.

Ordered appetizers, and 3 entrees. Had an issue with one of the entrees as it had a weird taste and smell. Not only could you not taste the main ingredients in the dish but it just tasted funky. The staff assumed it was a spice issue and also assumed we had been here before and should’ve known better, meanwhile this was our first time and enjoyed the other menu items yet they told us we could take it home and we might like it later. Also said because we tried it there was nothing they could do. If I don’t like a dish I typically suck it up and eat it to not waste food, but with fish? I had to say something. There was no attempt to right the situation, they just wanted their money. Also not mention that the fish came out 20 minutes later after the other entrees had already been finished. Disappointed because we would’ve come back if it had been handled better however they were nothing but rude.

Absolutely loved the food. The crab Rangoon was delicious, the beef soup was so flavorful, the vegetable soup was yummy, my yellow curry was the perfect amount of comfort and spicy, and my husband's Bahn mi was perfect.

What I really want to rave about was that owner offered to hold a customers kiddo so that way mom could eat. The owner did not have to do that and I just love the compassion she had for that couple. As a mom of 2 toddlers myself, thank you for doing that for that mom. That's just so sweet.

Great atmosphere, nice staff but inattentive, my dinner was okay but plain and flavorless for being $16. I also ordered boba and I couldn’t take more than a sip because the tapioca tasted so much like soap. No fault to the servers they got randomly understaffed because of the dinner crowd and they all seemed to be teenagers so can’t complain. The crab rangoons were phenomenal! I unfortunately probably won’t come back after this experience unless it’s to get the crab rangoons to go.

Pho Shobu is the best in town. I’ve been going here once a week since I was first introduced. I have a fused back and suffered severe leg cramps. Since I’ve been visiting here, my cramping has vanished. Not only are the owners amazing, they make the yummiest Pho Special, Gyoza and delicious Sushi. Love the atmosphere!
