Their PHO is fantastic! Their broth is great but they also have condiments already at the table to flavor it up more! Their chili oil always fresh which is a good sign. I love their rare beef and meatballs combo pho, and their pork eggrolls are so meaty, tasty and fried to perfection. Their drunken noodles dish is also amazing and I’ve tried some of their sushi rolls as well. Service is very attentive and friendly, owner is friendly, and the place is just super cute and cozy...
Recently visited Pho Shobu and was really impressed. The pho was delicious and the broth had great flavor, and everything tasted super fresh. I especially loved their new ice cream cold brew i totally recommend.The place is chill and the staff were really nice too. Definitely coming back!
