Gave me wrong order and once I tried to call the customer service they were unprofessional and not willing to help. And they told me to call the store. Well there is only one person on the store and he is not picking up the line and noe I have to dispute it with my bank. Such a terrible company seriously like thier customer service have zero care about the customer!

The WORST customer service, just attempted to order and they said they called yet no calls (missed or voicemail) then when they just kept asking how to get to us, as I used google our address popped up even showing the car in front, who on earth isn’t using any type of gps at all. This is the second time they’ve had issues. Done and over it.

ordered 2 pies and some boneless wings for the family and felt the need to say THANK YOU!!! this is definitely one of the best experiences ive had with ordering pizza in the past 5 years. food was hot, fresh, and cooked PERFECT! this means so much especially considering inflation has prevented us from ordering out more than once every month or 2. so to everyone working right now at this location our family says thank you for your hard work, and keep up the good work! yall are appreciated!

Called to order a pizza. Gave the lady my address, and she took my credit card information. Stated it would be 35 minutes. An hour went by, so I called. She stated that it was no longer in their system, that may be out on delivery with it. She put me on hold so she could check. A man picked up and asked if I had an order, and I told him what was going on. He then got rude and stated they didn't deliver to my address. I stated that they had taken my payment. He very rudely stated that they tried to call, but it went straight to voicemail, which is not possible, and that it would be voided. Ridiculous!

One of those rare times where free food isn't a good idea. Grossest chicken ever. No cheese on pizza. Just gross food.
Ordered delivery and was missing an item. The driver had to deliver the food only a couple of blocks and got a very decent tip. I called the store and was transferred to another line. No one picked up the other line, it was just silence. Called the store back and the gentleman on the phone said he would refund my card. I waited a few days and didn't get a refund. I called the store back and the gentleman told me I had to wait 3-5 days. I never got a refund and the pizza we got was greasy and not good. I suggest you go somewhere else. We ordered 3 items and was missing one of them. Kinda shady of them.
