Everything was ready when I arrived and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't realize how big an order of 92 pretzels with dipping sauces would be, so one of the employees, Nicole, offered to help we get it all out to my car! Amazing service, amazing pretzels! “I came in to pick up an online order I had placed through the Cinnabon app. Unfortunately, the order didn’t come through on their end, but Chris was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though it was a busy Saturday with lots of customers, he took care of the issue right away. I only waited about 10 minutes before my order was ready.
