Walking in, the host was extremely polite and welcoming. Once we were seated our waitress seemed great, at the start.. While ordering the food she seemed very flexible for us. We waited an hour for our food to come out. During the wait my girlfriend’s drink had been empty for at least half the time period. The host noticed our biscuits were empty and got them refilled for us. We didn’t see our waitress for the whole hour until the food was done and she brought it to us. After receiving the food there were 2 mistakes shared between both orders. I was waiting patiently for our waitress, but she didn’t come. I walked up to the host, apologized for bothering him, explained what happened and told him about the poor customer service we had been receiving. I didn’t catch his name but he was awesome. He got everything fixed up and even offered to do extra for the inconvenience. I’m sure he went off and gave our waitress a remind about her servicing because when she brought the fixed side back it was very passive aggressive. The rest of that night she checked in once and had a hostile tone. I couldn’t remember her name, it may have been Amy? I understand how difficult it can be working in customer service as I do myself, but she couldn’t even do the minimum while it wasn’t even that busy.
