Waited 55 minutes to get food after watching 5 other tables receive their food after they arrived after us. Never got bottomless fries. Had to take order to go after setting for 1 hour as we had plans to be elsewhere. Than never was even offered a discount. May never return. Food was good even after taking it to go

My family was seated and waited 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table so we got up and left.

Waitress didn’t get us our bottomless fries until the food was about to come out. Waited several times for refills on drinks. One burger was delayed by several minutes. Cost is high for 4 people all on the adult menu, not ordering any alcoholic beverages. I don’t know if we’ll be back. It used to be a place we loved to come when we were in the area, but not so much anymore. Depends on who your server is. Food was really good, all other staff was good, our waitress was not.

Got dined on pretty quickly but there was some attitude. Got our drinks was super watered down. Food was mediocre for the price also didn’t feel good after words.

I was there a short time ago, I didn't like the service, it was very slow, there was only one girl serving several tables, and I didn't smell a good smell inside the place.

Had a good time. For the price the burgers should have been bigger. Bottomless fries - FANTASTIC! Just wish the burgers were bigger or something. 3 bites is not a burger, it's an appetizer.

The food is still good, but they need to up their service. Could be a little cleaner as well. We hadn’t been here in a while, and I am afraid they will not be there anymore if they don’t fix this service issue. It is an easy thing to to fix.
