Normally it would be great however rosa left and and RJ Hatfield a man I've talked to five minutes All of five times my whole life says to me that it is a law in the restaurant business that if my wife is off at 9 pm that's an estimated time off so when I get there and my daughter is at sitter I have to wait when i tell him to call my job and let them know they need to insure my seven year old daughter to ride with me on call he says he will he knows where i work we know how didn't also avoiding my wife trying to follow up on burns with company doc when she asked and one of managers asked my wife for copies of power of attorney medical paperwork which osha. Violation so pretty sure some retrain needs addressed not to mention when my wife brings everything to cooperates attention they apologize and then respond corporate will respond when they respond.. let's get real Kevin asked my wife to come back because they need good workers my wife leaves because she feels unsafe yep great way to run a family friendly environment not to mention I was trying to let RJ gm know about his kitchen manager being set up by employees in an overhead conversation separate when he wanted to jump down my throat so in my opinion no good less you get good people working there. I'm still waiting for that call from RJ to tell me what insurance company will insure me for that since I work for myself and he said he will good day I apologize for cooperate red robin for the way your gm runs things and lack of care in business but the saddest thing is I gave a good review because red robin specifically Rosa prior gm was great when my wifes aunt passed and I know they were good to RJ with his mothers passing considering that situation and no warning but you'd think a place like this or gm of place would consider the pass of sympathy to any situation on especially the feelings of the employees that make it run all of them but again I'm not afraid to admit I was wrong. So I do have photos of conversations trying to reach out to RJ I also unfortunately have a camera outside my property and inside that caught his response to my wife and I being he was on speaker as he had taken my wife off schedule for my daughters party I say that so people understand that I have no reason to not be completely honest when I say get better people and you will have better work ethic and environment at red robin and because regardless of what people think I really don't like to get into posting pictures of people's decisions good or bad I do have some of a heart so I would rather keep names numbers texts to professionals standpoints I just want to let people know how a.employee now prior and her family felt from experience and from there let people make their own decisions after they do research they can choose... Ps if you read review I got the response from them in review besides if I worried about calling guests relations on everyone that does wrong id be crazy.

You had to walk through the dumpster/grease pit area where it smelled like rotten eggs to get to the front door from the parking lot.The burger was so greasy that was dripping.Coke Zero had an extremely foul taste. And I tried the second one the waitress brought.Not impressed with this location.

Great food. Good service. Great portions. The restaurant doesn't feel very clean. Ketchup bottle felt like it'd never been wiped down, sticky and gross. The bathrooms also didn't feel clean.The guacamole, salsa, and chips were delicious. All had great flavor and tasted fresh. Tsunami shrimp was also super delicious. I subbed the parmesan broccoli for steamed broccoli, and it was super dry.

They were short staffed when we visited, but the manager was on top of everything and very attentive. We received free fries soon after we sat down and free drinks to go. The food itself was delicious and actually didn't take that long to arrive. We really appreciate the work the manager and the staff put in.

The hostess and server were kind and welcoming. However, the server never checked in on us. Dinners arrived cold. Charged extra for the included any choice bottomless fries. The three types of fries were over saturated with oil and very soft. Pretzel bits were too firm. Coleslaw was too oily and had an unpleasant taste. The ribs were red, as it seemed under cooked but had decent flavor. The manager never showed themselves in a practically empty restaurant. My family's dinner wasn't worth the $100+ price. Not returning and not recommending this Red Robin to anyone.
