Really great! It's possibly the best pizza I've had since we moved here. Order was placed and made ready at exactly the time they said it would be. Had two pizzas, wings, and salad. Everything tasted really good, only knock would be the wings were a little tough like they were cooked just a little too long. Will definitely be back.

This is the last Rosatis pizza left out of the 3 in the area as the other 2 closed after serving terrible food for about 2 years. This is a great Illinois chain that usually serves great food but like most chains that come to Iowa they are not doing things the way they were showed. After being told 45 minutes (Normal for deep dish pizza) I arrived after 25 minutes to get the pizza and not only was the pizza halfway cooked and my French fries were cold. The pizza had half the toppings I got at a Rosatis in Illinois last month (This is a common thing in Iowa). This is another great chain that will soon be gone(Des Moines is in the top 30 cities in the US for restaurant failures).

Driving home from a fishing trip I decided to spend the night in West Des Moines. I saw that the restaurant was close to my hotel. That is a no brainier. I have had Rosati's regularly when I lived in the Chicago area. To me it is the ideal pizza. This restaurant did not disappoint. Great crisp crust, tangy sauce, and great sausage filled with fennel. Great service as well.

My family and I stopped in assuming it was a sit down style restaurant, and even though that’s not their typical process, the staff made our experience a great one. From bringing us ice and cups for the 20 oz bottled drinks to checking in several times to make sure everything tasted good. We really enjoyed our lunch at this location!
