Friendly atmosphere, but the pizza was totally nasty as hell the crust and the bread was dry the cheese seem like it was melted with a cigarette lighter the only thing that made the pizza decent was the meat definitely wasn't worth the price I paid!!

The crust was ok and the pepperoni was bussin but that’s the only good thing I had to say about the pizza. Too much sauce and cheese tastes like Chuck E Cheese and I mean that in a bad way. Sorry.

The pizza is very good but overpriced. I don't know what to say other than it is good but expensive. I suppose you could say everything eating out is expensive now and this point is moot.

How this location only has a 3.5 star rating is BEYOND me.. WT_?!.. The za is always fresh and made properly. After having Sbarro's in the Philippines, I can DEFINITELY appreciate a well-run establishment like this one.. Without a doubt, I'd DEFINITELY recommend this WDM Sbarro's!

Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.

I had no choice but to lodge a complaint with corporate following a very bad experience here leading to what I believe to be intentional food poisoning by the staff.The wait staff barely spoke english, made a mistake on the order and when I requested rectification kitchen staff came out to give me the stinkeye. That night I had the worst food poisoning of my life and am certain the 2 are linked.In addition the food was severely overpriced (over 35$ for 3 slices of pizza, 2 fountain drinks and 6 wings this is a food court not a sit down restaurant lets be real here) and anything but fresh. The pizza was just reheated slices that had been sitting in a display window.Overall horrible experience that lasted well into the next day. Would not recommend. Management needs to take immediate action.

Great service! The manager recommended the Hawaiian pizza which I really enjoyed. Highly recommend Sbarro, will definitely be back.
