I love that Sbarro is back near me, remind me of many a trip to the mall. I just came here to say the Valley Center KS location rules 💜

The pizza is very good but overpriced. I don't know what to say other than it is good but expensive. I suppose you could say everything eating out is expensive now and this point is moot.

How this location only has a 3.5 star rating is BEYOND me.. WT_?!.. The za is always fresh and made properly. After having Sbarro's in the Philippines, I can DEFINITELY appreciate a well-run establishment like this one.. Without a doubt, I'd DEFINITELY recommend this WDM Sbarro's!

Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.

I had no choice but to lodge a complaint with corporate following a very bad experience here leading to what I believe to be intentional food poisoning by the staff.The wait staff barely spoke english, made a mistake on the order and when I requested rectification kitchen staff came out to give me the stinkeye. That night I had the worst food poisoning of my life and am certain the 2 are linked.In addition the food was severely overpriced (over 35$ for 3 slices of pizza, 2 fountain drinks and 6 wings this is a food court not a sit down restaurant lets be real here) and anything but fresh. The pizza was just reheated slices that had been sitting in a display window.Overall horrible experience that lasted well into the next day. Would not recommend. Management needs to take immediate action.

Amazing food and great service by the manager!

Came here with wifey to order Stromboli, & guy in front ordered bread sticks an for some odd reason the lady got mad cause I pronounced the name wrong. An she told the other girl in foreign language that we were rude. So that gave the indication to mess up our order. The guy in front got our food an we got his breadsricks. They charged us $17.94 for a Stromboli meal that only costs $12.95. Which I was confused because how 12.95 equal to 17.94! Cashier says we have 2 sides which 1 was the guys bread sticks that he never received! So Cashier acted like we was d*** because I said I never ordered bread sticks! I don't know but I never had the chance to find that guy because he probably overpaid for someone else food! Just all a bad experience with non professionals employees!!
