I order an extra large drink and they didnt make it how i wanted it, she didnt even add the extra shot after i told her twice not to put 5 pumps of flavor i asked for 4. It was too sweet i didnt drink it. They dont care how you want it, wont be going there again. I left a msg they didnt even bother to get back at me

came to this location not to long ago let’s say will never be back, the younger girl with many piercings was very rude asked her to specify witch drink was what and she snapped back with “i think you’ll be able to tell” i wouldn’t of asked if it could tell what was what

I went through drive through, ordered a small strawberry and banana smoothie plus blueberry muffin. My order was not confirmed. At the window she takes my card. I requested a receipt. She hands a large drunk out the window and says thank you. I checked the receipt and was charged for large drink $8.00 and no muffins. I'm sure I was over charged. Everyone looked baffled when I explained this is not what I ordered. I told them that's fine.
I suggest all orders being confirmed as protocol. It's frustrating to the customer

Service was good. Very attentive helpers. Last couple of scooters I have stopped i have got lattes with 2 extra shots. I mostly taste frothed milk. Not sure if it is their coffee or their new

You wait 25 minutes for two medium drinks. Iced Matcha that’s still hot. & a carmalicious that’s just black coffee. You try to call the store and the numbers been disconnected.

Love the look. Relaxing place to think or work. An handful of customers were there doing just that. Fresh and inviting air flow. Happy staff. Let’s talk about Olivia! Awesome customer service. I could not decide what I was in the mood for so she kindly helped me find the right drink for my mood and taste. Definitely got the energy I was looking for. I had one of the seasonal lattes that comes with three espresso shots.

I recommend it. Tell them that the chef with the flower shirt cent u and say hi to olivia! She’s a gem of positive vibes.

Koyomi was AMAZING! My friend visited for her birthday and Koyomi gave the best service ever. She made our day. I highly recommend and if you get Koyomi, tell her she rocks at her job!!

We go to scooters often, just never this location, the quencher we got tasted awful, not sure what was different but it’s definitely a different
Mix than any other store and the cold brew tasted stale. The lady was nice though?
