Scooter's Coffee

Order a strawberry smoothie and it was honestly the worst smoothie I’ve ever gotten from the Scooters Franchise, but the blueberry muffin I got was good. This could have been just a one time poor experience, but I don’t intend on stopping here again to pay for a smoothie that tastes like a cup of blended ice.

Waste of time & money coming here! Couldn't get our simple drink order right after two attempts! Ordered an iced drink & was handed a hot drink twice! We just gave up!

Wrong drinks half the time, rude lady at the window, slow. Literally fails at all the things that make a coffee place good, its slow, you dont get what you want, and you drive away feeling slighted. A one time thing? No this is regularly, I'm going to drive the extra half mile to Merle Hay and actually get what I ordered.

I stopped to get my favorite coffee. The young lady who helped me was pleasant, professional, and in no time handed me my coffee, putting a smile on my day.

I've been to this location twice and both times it was terrible. The first time it was thr service. Today, we were charged for the wrong drinks. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk and it came out looking like a Latte it was so creamy. Could barely taste any coffee. I also ordered a zero bar with Carmel drizzle, which is my go to drink at every Scooters. They made us pull around to the back because no one had any idea what they were doing and when they brought my drink out it had no drizzle and tasted like straight up Carmel. I'll never go back to this location. Grimes and Waukee are the best!

This place is disgusting, I saw a worker in the front on her phone and she was sneezing on the foods too.? the drinks were out before my food and it took an extra 5 minutes before I got my food. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Don’t come here if you aren’t patient enough.

Never again. Horrible service. Never have whip or tall cups and staff member talking to a friend on her phone all the time. It too way too long. Go to the Jordan Creek store, it never disapoints.

Do not stop here for coffee. Ordered an ice americano. Two baristas working but took forever to get coffee. By the time I got it the ice melted. So she POURED out some of the drink (therefore losing some of the espresso/caffeine) to add ice. Tasted like water with a drop of espresso.
