Girl not wearing name tag acting like she doesn't want to do anything for anyone, made my drink wrong size, gave me another one of the correct size and it was so over the top sweet I can barely get a quarter of the way through it. Asked for a straw she looked at us and essentially ran to the back and someone else came and asked what we needed. Scooters usually is the best drinks for a slightly premium price and the nicest workers. If I am paying almost $9 for a drink you can atleast give me a straw and not act pissy with me because you screwed up. Two stars because there was an attempt to help but I didn't even feel inclined to say my drink was off because no one would want to help anyways or I'd get retaliation because it's my fault somehow.

Order a strawberry smoothie and it was honestly the worst smoothie I’ve ever gotten from the Scooters Franchise, but the blueberry muffin I got was good. This could have been just a one time poor experience, but I don’t intend on stopping here again to pay for a smoothie that tastes like a cup of blended ice.

The manager needs to be fired these poor employees are put in here with no training by themselves. I've had someone ask ME how to make a smoothie :/

Waste of time & money coming here! Couldn't get our simple drink order right after two attempts! Ordered an iced drink & was handed a hot drink twice! We just gave up!

Wrong drinks half the time, rude lady at the window, slow. Literally fails at all the things that make a coffee place good, its slow, you dont get what you want, and you drive away feeling slighted. A one time thing? No this is regularly, I'm going to drive the extra half mile to Merle Hay and actually get what I ordered.

I stopped to get my favorite coffee. The young lady who helped me was pleasant, professional, and in no time handed me my coffee, putting a smile on my day.

I've been to this location twice and both times it was terrible. The first time it was thr service. Today, we were charged for the wrong drinks. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk and it came out looking like a Latte it was so creamy. Could barely taste any coffee. I also ordered a zero bar with Carmel drizzle, which is my go to drink at every Scooters. They made us pull around to the back because no one had any idea what they were doing and when they brought my drink out it had no drizzle and tasted like straight up Carmel. I'll never go back to this location. Grimes and Waukee are the best!
