Very unprofessional the barista who attended me was flustered due to other orders and tried to argue with me about my Order. Got a tone with me and gave me a dirty look. I will not be recommending this location to my friends ever!

Scooters is amazing! Their coffee is always fresh, tasty and delicious, and at an affordable price. The staff members are always friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable. They always help me when I can't decide on a flavor or type of coffee I should try. Good location, especially with the high amount of traffic that's around this location.

Served completely rock frozen solid from THE FREEZER brown donuts & told there was nothing they could do. As if we are taking the donuts as if that is normal store policy. Than proceeds to ask if we want a refund. My kids could have broken a tooth however I could have never miss served them as the donuts were ICE COLD. I have spent more money than I would ever like to admit here & I will never come back to your location for the poorest service I've ever received.

Drive thru menu coffee section is way too small. 4/5 of the menu is taken up by irrelevant stuff that isn’t coffee. also why have a flavored option and then not list your flavors?
I drove through just wanting a simple iced flavored coffee but I guess this is impossible and the only option is to order some disgusting frozen thing for 700 calories?
I told the lady I needed a second to look at the menu (to try and find any option for a small simple ice coffee… whicu doesn’t exist here on the menu) .. she said sure, and then I never heard from her again despite a line forming behind me…
I had to go in reverse and go out the other side as it is not possible to just get a simple iced coffee here .

Stephanie and Ava treated us with SO much thoughtfulness! We had our 2 year old son and dog with us - and they completely made our morning!!!! They went the extra mile to make our son and dog so happy with their extra spoiling. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a drive-thru coffee stop❤️

The girl was the slowest I've ever seen anyone! She hated her job! She got all 4 drinks wrong and when we let her know that she didn’t fill the drink she gave it to us half empty, she didnt see anything wrong! Worst scooters we ever been too!
