Let’s try a reasonable American Smash burger with all the trimmings. The burger with sweet potatoe fries was served pipping hot. For the price$ the smash is good, but the quality and portion size is not as good as the $$ burgers in the area. Yet if you are on a budget it is a good place to try. My Sweet Potato Waffle Fries were over cooked , but good for that I rate my entree a 3.
$35 for two burger meals, food is very oily but seasoned very well. Very unlikely and boring interior. If you're looking for a great smash burger at a better price and a good atmosphere go to Lacheles Fine Foods downtown.

Had a reward for a free classic smash burger. I ordered my burger with just smash sauce & cheese & because I did not tell the cashier about it before she rang me up she got angry with me cause it was rung up wrong for the reward. I do not work here, how am I supposed to know that? No need to be rude. I even apologized multiple times & just got eye rolled. Will not be returning. There was no customers in the restaurant probably for a reason. You don’t feel welcome here & they expect you to know stuff only an employee would know then get mad at the customer. Lousy customer service. Which is sad because the food is good, but the employees make it not enjoyable.

Great food as always. Quality staff. My family and I sat at a booth and it seemed clean. Staff brought our order to us and there were no issues. Can be on the pricey side but it's good food.

Placed an online order through their website, when I came in they said someone had already picked it up. They said theres nothing they can do and said they couldnt make it again for me. ??? Do I need to request a chargeback?
Edit: Smash burger corporate has refunded me after I made this review and contacted them. I don't understand why the employees working there refused to either make it again or refund me, in person, while I was there. Raised the rating to three stars from one.
