Smokey Row Coffee

I love this place. The staff are always nice and very patient. Plus I like the different drink options.

Very disappointed in the staff and business as a whole. We go to the drive thru to get something to drink and still have time before they close no one answers at the drive thru. We pull up to the window and can see workers peaking from behind the wall by the front register area and hiding. We end up driving around to grab something from the gas station instead and see a worker with the drive through headset look at the car and visibly run and hide behind the front counter and then when we park they run to shut the lights off. Very very poor customer service and even with the time of close posted it did not matter they close when they want to. From someone who has worked in a restaurant and customer service I no longer want to go to this establishment. You help customers till you are closed not when you choose to close down if you want to close early change the time of close for the business. Train your workers to be better and provide better service to your customers.

It felt weird at first having a coffee house as part of a gas station but it's separate enough that it was fine. Google maps tells you it's on the East side of the building instead of the West just so you know

Got 3 coffees this morning before work, as I got out of my car the carrier broke and all my coffees spilled. I went back to Smokey Row and showed them the picture, they were so apologetic and they remade my coffees for me for free!! Great customer service, and their coffees are always DELISH. Much appreciated!!!!

Nice area and ambiance

I want to love Smokey Row. However, this particular location always disappoints me, over-priced coffee, baristas with zero service skills, and watered-down drinks annoys me every time I pick up a affiliated beverage. I bought a cold brew today and it ended up costing me over 9$ for a small cup, if it tasted excellent I wouldn't be so annoyed however the syrup wasn't even stirred into the coffee and the cold foam was tasteless as well. I would say save a couple bucks and just go to starbucks up the street

This was a cool little coffee shop. I had a great drip-coffee while my sister had the Purple Berry Lotus Energy. Each drink was reasonably priced, with it being similar to Starbucks prices, along with having a wide array of coffee and non-coffee drinks. My biggest tip is that the shop is a little hard to find for its location makes it blend into the gas station that is jointed to the shop.

We stayed in the area on a road trip from Minnesota to Arkansas. Stopped for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. While waiting for our dine in order, we were asked what we ordered. Then our kids peanut butter bagels came out but not our breakfast bagel sandwich. They came out several times confused where to deliver food or delivering food to the wrong people. Finally after others who ordered after us received their order we asked about our sandwich, they said they would go back and figure it out and didn't have a record of the order. They came back with one sandwich (we ordered two). After waiting now 30 minutes and watching several food orders mixed up we left. We had a table number that we received with our order, as did others. Not sure why the confusion but it was a waste of time for mediocre food, and we didn't even receive our complete order or given a reason or apology. It appeared the workers were confused and didn't want to be there. We will not be going back.

Not a fan. This is the first time I've been here. There isnt a sign outside anywhere. There are no signs indicating where the line starts to order. So we got cut in front of several times.

The seating is all over the place & strange. It took them 20+ minutes to bring me my highly microwaved breakfast casserole piece. It was not worth the price or wait.

My iced coffee was decent but I prefer other places. My partner liked his less than other places as well. The menus were not well located so I found one online.

This place was hopping with people when I was there. To me that means it is a great place. I had hot chocolate while I was there and would definitely get it again.
