I ordered a pumpkin chai latte here. I don't usually order coffee or go out much but I do work in the food industry and let me be the first to say if I treated a customer the way I was treated I would be fired. I was one of the first people of 5 different orders and mine was the last to come out. When I asked why my order wasn't being made (a girl ordered a tall of the same thing I got) I was told they where regulars and they wanted to get to them first. That and a girl being trained was loudly talking about how gross a item on the menu was which put me off entirely. And the cherry on top they completely ran out of ice and had an employee go to get it to take forever to come back. My first of the two drinks was almost melted when I got home and my second drink that took forever to get was watered down. I'm not one to complain but that is ridiculous I shouldn't have had that experience.

It is unfortunate that they allow this place to have a Starbucks logo. I am a regular at other locations but unfortunately the staff that work here are inconsistent with their knowledge of how to make a coffee. On at least three occasions I’ve ordered a cold brew and they quite literally gotten brewed coffee and poured it over ice. This causes a weird chemical reaction resulting in bitter tasting coffee. They would have been better off grabbing some of the cold brew off the shelf. There is one very sweet girl who works there who knows what she’s doing, so I’m sure to only order when she’s working. I’d recommend driving a few extra minutes to the store on 8th with a drive through. This location is staffed with unknowledgeable hy-vee employees
