Prices have gotten higher, cup sizes smaller and loaded with Ice or watered down. AND to top it off They messed up my order. This is why I don't tip until I get my drink. If I had not had a gift card, this is no longer my first choice for coffee. There are way to many better options.

I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte with OAT MILK and they still added whip on it. Maybe ask next time, I’m lactose intolerant and it’s happened several times at this location.

Why would you not stir an iced coffee BEFORE putting cold foam on it. You have to pretty much ruin the cold foam just to make it drinkable ?

I have always love the service at Starbucks and the consistency of their food and drinks. I know it can be expensive but I will never question the exact taste and quality of what I get no matter where I’m at in the world.
Today I made a mistake in my app and ordered at what I thought was this Starbucks but was really another location. The barista was super kind and helpful, and truly made my day and my employees day who I was picking up the coffee for. Thank you for being kind, professional, and what amazing customer service should look like. You have a loyal customer for life.

My family and I have been going to this Starbucks since it opened and let me tell you, Cam makes this our only location we go to. Cam is the best!! We look forward to their positive attitude and small little talk through the drive thru! Mind you the rest of the staff is amazing also. Best Starbucks in the Metro! Thanks for being our coffee connoisseurs and making our day when we come through! They all deserve a raise!

I’ve been going to this place for a few months straight, I’m a creature of nature, so I tend to get the same drink every day, I know how much this drink is because I pay for it every day, I’ve dealt with some amazing people that work there, I’ve had stellar interactions with Cam, Bree, Eva and others. Today I was not so lucky I dealt with a person I have never seen or dealt with before, after the purchase was rung up. It was not the original price that I normally pay so I brought it to their attention, tried to explain myself and I felt like he just wanted to talk over me about it, brought in other people and started saying he’s was going to do me the favor and give me a “one time” price adjustment to the original price I’ve paid for months. I left without my drink. It’s true what they, a good thing can be ruined, with one bad experience.
