I’m disappointed in customer service and lack of common sense or courteously.
I come from a time in life when you dine in and a free brewed refill was acceptable.
I ordered a latte at $6.90. A brewed coffee would have been half that price. My hazelnut latte was too sweet. I drank about half. Before leaving I asked if I could have less than half brewed coffee added to my latte bc it was too sweet. Two servers were stressed and said it would be cheaper if paid for another shot than ordering a brewed coffee.
Wait…. Do you not give free refills of brewed coffee? Yes, but you didn’t order brewed. I paid for an expensive latte and they couldn’t figure out how to offer me a 1/4 cup of brewed coffee? They were intensely looking at the register to figure out how to refill a small amount of brewed coffee into my too sweet latte.
Maybe someone can explain bc I don’t see the logic or customer curtesy? Am I missing something? What happened to a gracious, “sure we’ll put a little brewed coffee in your cup. Have a lovely day”.
I left without bothering them any further.
I ordered a drink for my wife that includes three adds to the original drink. I consider it a lot of instructions for a beverage...but that's me. So I was impressed when the barista didn't write down the instructions or ask follow-ups. His general 'minimum effort' attitude was maybe just one of those 700am Sunday attitudes, but heck, if he could memorize the instructions, then good on him.I was far less impressed when my wife tried it and said it wasn't what she ordered.Alas, I should have known that minimum effort would equal minimum quality.If you're going into this Starbucks with a complex order, please make sure that they repeat/ write down the order or else you'll get whatever the barista thought he heard.

i use to purchase regularly coffee beans here. Always doubtful about the quantity after ground. In today's purchase validated and refer the below picture. out of 453 grams 375 is there once ground.Not a friendly website to email/chat/call in the https://sbux.co/3uW8Bbs
Can you update the hours so I don’t drive to target five times a week with my annoying daughter begging for Starbucks at target just for you to be closed when it says open. ?
I got a Venti iced WM with chestnut praline, soy, extra shot, all blonde and ristretto with light ice. I have an annoyingly complicated order, I’ll admit. The girl that made it did a great job and the taste was spot on!

Got the “Barbie” drink and it was good until I let it sit for 30 minutes and went back to drink it and it tasted like vomit. I don’t know if they used spoiled milk or what, but I’ve had a horrible stomach ache from it.

everytime i go here it’s a bad experience. first time i went, the worker very forcefully and violently yelled at the other employee to make a drink. i’ve never heard such rude aggression publicly and i couldn’t imagine how the employee felt working there. i would’ve intervened if it weren’t so small of a moment, but my shock took up that short window of time and i let it go. the next few times i go in i’m completely ignored as 3 workers stand around chatting with each other on the other side of the counter. they know i’m there and glance at me occasionally and i’m waiting for them to finish and take my order because i understand they could be in the middle of another task. eventually realized they were probably ignoring me until they closed (how small the space was, they could easily see me and were standing around). the entire time they’re chatting and standing around like they’re off the clock and the people around me and i kept exchanging glances like what are they doing. i got there over an hour before they closed and didn’t say something until they were under 20 min from closing (for a cake pop) because they’d continue to ignore me until close otherwise. i work in customer service and have dealt with a fair share of customer interactions but never once have i received a complaint or made one until now. i can understand being busy, miscommunication, etc. but it was just pure lack of effort.
Usually love this Starbucks, but they were out of several things and forgot my drink, but the service was good. The guy was very polite and drinks were delicious.
