I went through drive thru this morning. When asking for certain items the person at taking the order didn't ask me to hold one moment while checking to see if available. It was just dead silent. When she came back she said they didn't have the item. There was no confirmation of my order prior to requesting I pull up to the window. She hands the card reader to me and tells me to hold it. I was not giving a tip because she wasn't providing very good customer service. I have never been asked to hold the card reader!!! Then without confirmation of my order, she missed an item and treated me as if she was inconvenienced. I would have given a 1 star but at least my Pink drink had a decent taste, which has been hit or miss lately
I think I ordered to the wrong store in the middle of a rush and an employee was very sweet and willing to help me get it reordered free of charge when I showed her the receipt. Very kind atmosphere especially while crazy busy!

Drink was normal. I placed a mobile order, when I came through drive thru they shared I placed my mobile one minute and I need to wait three minutes. There was no other cars in the drive thru. When approaching the window , it opened and my drink was handled to me.

I stopped here for a doordash pickup. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for an employee. My delivery pickup was just sitting on the counter for the entire duration but was not yet bagged up. I eventually had to just leave without the order because they were clearly not interested in bagging up the order. I understand that they may have been busy but that is no excuse for ignoring me or the order sitting on the counter. We doordashers get paid exclusively in tips, when we are just standing there in the lobby for 15+ minutes waiting we are hemorrhaging money.

First of all every place can have their good and bad days. But in the case of this Hans guy below. You are just cheap. Stop trying to scam places for cheap coffee. If you can’t afford it stay home.
On a personal note my daughter and I go here once a week together and it’s amazing. Mostly because of Mare. I think that’s how you spell it. Anyway she is super nice and always friendly to my daughter as well. Especially these days when no one seems to have any customer service skills whatsoever.
I was picking up a DoorDash customers order. There were 4-5 doordashers waiting for the orders(which are Starbucks customers). The orders were all ready and the 10 employees working just ignored the DoorDash drivers for over 5 minutes. It’s bad for the driver because they don’t get paid to wait and bad for the Starbucks customers because their orders get cold/warm.
