I did a mobile order yesterday, it was supposed to be a venti but got a tall instead. I told the lady behind the counter, she yelled “it didn’t say that & I’ll just make you a new one”.. I told her she didn’t too just wanted a venti cup with more ice & i could pour the drink she made into that one. Nope she snatches it from my hand, rips the sticker off to make a new one after that she’s rudely calls me a different name after my order is complete. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Normal Starbucks customer who gets the same thing at every store I go to. I usually get a venti Strawberry acia with lemonade and no ice as it hurts my teeth. At this store the barista only filled my cup half way with my drink as I got it with no ice. Never had this happen at any of the other stores. Very disappointed.

There was a really rude cashier, and then there was a new girl training but no body was helping her with the orders when you can tell she’s struggling, and on top of that it took them more then 25 minutes to make 3 coffees!

Consistently getting creamer with a splash of coffee instead of coffee with a splash of creamer. It’s all cream. How can a coffee place be so bad at preparing a black coffee with cream?People don’t want their coffee to be literally white. I could give it to a baby and they would think it’s milk.But the food and baked goods are always good.

There have been multiple times where they got my order wrong and when I went back to get it fixed, they still messed it up. One time they hadn’t made my order after I had waited for 40 mins

We mobile ordered 4 drinks while shopping and 15 minutes later we went to go pick up the order. We walked in and the drinks were not ready, so we continued to wait. Almost 25 minutes has gone by, so we kindly asked about our drinks. The lady that we talked to was extremely rude. She told us they were doing the best they can, we politely said ok thank you. 45 minutes later we finally got our drinks. Very disappointed on the wait time, especially with a mobile order, and the customer service.
