Took off one star for atmosphere not with a complaint for this location but due to Starbuck's new policy of handing you the credit machine to guilt you into adding a tip! When I pay $7 for a coffee and $7 for a snack that should cost a buck, Starbucks should increase the wages of their employees, NOT push it back on their loyal Starbucks fans! Due to this policy this will be my final Starbuck's visit (I am switching to Scooter's - check 'em out). However, NOTHING wrong at this location (other than the extortion and exorbitant costs that are inherent at Starbuck's). Great service, standard Starbuck's coffee fare, and this is in particular a never busy location. If you insist on paying a large part of your paycheck for coffee at Starbuck's (and being emotionally FORCED to add a tip for someone merely doing their job) you may as go here!

Stopped by and accidentally spilled my $8 drink on the patio. I let them know right away so they could clean it up before ants and bees got to it. They made me a new drink happily and cleaned it up right away.

Stopped by to get some needed caffeine for the road home passing through Des Moines. Our family visit Starbucks weekly multiple times, I’m even a shareholder. This was my worst Starbucks experience. I asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso venti light on ice. The girl said would you like more milk in it or space in the cup? I said I have never been asked that when I say light on ice. I just want as much coffee and not a bunch of ice in the cup. Well i got space in the cup and a bunch of ice. Rude and inconsiderate for what one pays for these drinks? I could have poured the contents easily into a grande and it would have been filled. She charged for a venti but gave me the contents of a grande defeating the purpose of a Venti.

My friend and I got coffees, and stayed to visit for awhile. Enjoyed great service and friendly atmosphere.
Really good here. Tried the new Blackberry Sage Lemonade Refresher and the Spinach Feta Egg White wrap. Both were really good. My 16 year old son has the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and a caramel Frappuccino made with coffee and he enjoyed his breakfast as well. Super friendly service and quick promptness with getting everything ready. We ate inside and it was clean. The guy working the lobby even brought napkins to the table unasked when he saw I could use one. So nice. I've stopped in there often to use up Starbucks gift cards and have never been disappointed.

I went here for the first time the other day on my work break to try the new seasonal drink, iced cherry chai. My barista was the sweetest girl, i believe her name was Gracie. She was so so nice and made my drink very quickly. The drink was amazing too!
