Every-time I have came the food was quick, affordable and good. The employees are always super sweet and using manners. Hard to find in fast food anymore. Coming from someone who works in customer service - you guys are doing great.

I love Steak ‘n Shake and will try to find them on my travels as there isn’t one near me or even in my home state. But, please avoid this location.
I placed the order on the app last Sunday afternoon shortly before 3PM, which estimated 5-10 minutes. I went inside and waited at what appeared to be a pickup counter but nothing was labeled anywhere. Further, nobody asked if I needed help although all the employees can see me. At about the 12 minute mark, I asked about my order. It was apparently ready but the woman at the counter said I had to ask for it despite other order numbers being called out. Remember, there is zero signage. The app also doesn’t tell you if the order is ready, unlike the Chick-fil-A app. I asked whether it was already cold and she told me no. Well, the tallow fries were indeed lukewarm and the burger cold.
It was definitely not worth me waiting to take a late lunch, going a little bit out of my way, and getting cold food. What a total waste of money.

Trying to scapegoat seed oil is dumb. It isn't the fry oil, its the grease on burgers and heavy processed food from meat to buns to the potatoes and milkshakes. You want to be healthy? Just don't eat at steak n' shake, or any fast food for that matter, that simple. It is all junk food. This national brand would sell you a bullet to the head if RFK said it was good for you, 1 star.

I grew up eating Steak ‘n Shake. I love Steak ‘n Shake. But this franchise is a disgrace. They don’t have a full menu, just burgers, which is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I always order and pay for double bacon cheeseburgers, but only get bacon about 1/3 of the time. The location is terrible. The people aren’t great. But what pisses me off more than anything is that the fries are ALWAYS undercooked.

I wouldnt recommend, overpriced food, doesnt taste good id rather have Mcdonalds.
First our burgers were made incorrectly, second the staff was super rude about getting our orders fixed and the experience was bad because of the staff. Unfortunately the burgers tasted like they were put together in 2 seconds, but the shake was delicious.
